We chose Juniper Mountain House in Evergreen, Co, for our 30 guests.We booked buffalo gals/PB catering solely based on their menu shared online - because it is AMAZING. We literally booked food without ever doing a tasting - ever.We went with tri tip, chicken (only one guest got chicken), brussel sprouts, and mac n cheese.The tri tip was amazing. We had leftovers, and we it ate it for a week. We looked forward to eating it every day. Our guests were blown away by how good the food was - the tri tip and chicken was grilled on site! that never happens!Our wedding day was a snowy catastrophe. Our catering staff had to walk the food up the driveway, not drive it. No one gave us the impression they were having the worst day ever, they were super professional!

The food was absolutely AMAZING. Communication overall was really great. The only problem we ran into was with dessert. We took the advice from the vendors and had dessert ordered for about half the guests, but that was not nearly enough dessert to go around. My husband and I did not even get to try the dessert, which we were really looking forward to. Other than that, the communication and planning was wonderful, and the service was top tier.

Communicating before the event was great. We had to reach out to follow up on unanswered emails on occasion, but we also booked them super early. As we got closer to the wedding date (~1.5 month prior), they were much better with responding promptly. More importantly, they were incredible the day of the event! The food was delicious and well served. And the staff was incredibly flexible with our day-of weather change -- they exceeded our expectations!
Buffalo Gals catered our wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch a couple months ago, and us and our wedding guests were blown away with how incredible the food was! They put a fun spin on what is usually boring wedding food-they grill the meat in front of you at your venue which our guests loved. I've had at least 15 guests reach out to me, letting me know our wedding food was the best they've ever had at a wedding. They were professional, communicative, and attentive throughout the entire process. It's expensive, but most other catering services I looked into in the area were about the same. I promise it's worth the extra money!

10/10 would recommend Buffalo Gals! They grilled the food onsite, and it was incredible, people are still raving about it! We also did the late night snack of a soft pretzel bar complete with cheese dip and that was delicious and perfect for soaking up the alcohol! In addition to the top notch dinner service, the catering staff was also a huge help in the set up and take down of our ceremony and reception decor. I also have nothing but good things to say about the planning process, Carmen and her team are the best around! Thank you guys so much!

They catered a welcome dinner for my son’s wedding. It was phenomenal! The food was absolutely delicious and exceed all expectations I had. The staff was exceptional. Like seriously I don’t have the vocabulary to describe how wonderful our experience was. They adapted to horrible weather conditions and still the dinner was excellent. Buffalo Gals saved our wedding day!!! After completing our tasting with the original caterer we hired for our wedding, we were so dissatisfied with the food and the service we received. I was actually left in tears wondering how in the world we could serve this meal to our family and friends. After talking with our wedding coordinator, she was able to book Buffalo Gals instead, with only 3 months to go. We couldn't have been more grateful! Lauren was professional and reassuring as she scheduled our tasting, and I ended up in tears there too, but for an entirely different reason. The quality of the food was top notch! Everything tasted amazing, and we couldn't wait to share this meal with our family and friends. Most wedding or banquet food is "fine," but this meal was absolutely delicious and something that my husband and I continue to talk about months after our wedding.
