BWW Go delivery was excellent.

Forgot 1/2 our pick up order, and gave us celery that is rotted. 1 of the 4 girls standing around in the pickup definitely could’ve checked our order, but I’m not surprised they didn’t. I don’t think we’ll ever be back unless they have a going out of business sale (:

The food was good and the service was decent. We were there during a busier time and the waitress checked on the table often enough and we did not wait too long for our food. Overall good experience.

Meals came out very quickly! Everything was delicious and our server made sure we were taken care of.

Had to send a meal back because it was cold and then when it came back it was only 'okay'. This one was not up to our normal experiences at BWW.

Had a second interview with David. Never showed up, never bothered to call back and follow up for another one. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

I went to this one alot and was really awesome back in 2009 until like 2023 sometime 2024 now I'm not so sure the salsa with chips and Pico was nasty and I ordered pick up bogo 6 and got 10 wings I mean are yall blind or?? And celery in my only carrots and the ranch cups like half full if that and taste was not good boneless wings and sauce were decent. I live by the one off powers and that wasn't really good so I tried go back here nope it was 830 or so had go to the bar to pick up my food boring place not busy so something had to of happened. The one by world arena been ok but slack alot seems like people don't care anymore. Just a waste of money. Way better wing places out there

Absolutely filthy, the floor was covered in food and trash, every empty table was nasty, waiters just wandering around not doing anything. Sat at table for 10 minutes without anybody coming to take order so we got up and left. I never write reviews but this was so over the top nasty that I felt like I had to. I used to enjoy mango habanero wings from here but never again.

We ordered pick up and when my husband got it home it was almost completely wrong. We got the 15/15 each with two sauces. Boneless only had one sauce and the traditional had two but one was the wrong flavor. They also forgot an item in our order. I don’t understand how they could mess it up as bad as they did when there’s not a middle man between the customer and the preparer(s). First time ordering from this location and idk if we will try it again. This was completely avoidable if people would just actually pay attention.

You guys suck lol. Our order is ALWAYS wrong somehow, and ALWAYS packed horribly so that all the food gets messed up. Get yourself together!

We had this garlic parmesan wings and it was so salty, not even kidding it was hard to swallow. This isn't the first time we have had here but this time it was bad. Rest all seems good but this one dish was so disappointing I had to review.

The wings are great; the rest of the food is questionable. Burgers are overcooked and dry, fries are bland, salsa tastes like tomato paste/sauce with a few onions thrown on top, you get the idea.

Service was friendly but we constantly had to ask for drink refills, even when we've been empty for a while and the server had been to our table.

Another server kept sneaking her vape, which is illegal and disgusting to those of us that don't want to be around it.

We wanted to play their trivia but could not access it. It wasn't my phone or Internet because every other site and app worked; just not theirs.

We went on Wednesday for kids eat for $1.99, but were charged full price and had to ask for the discounts.

The ladies restroom is gross. The toilet in the first stall wouldn't flush.🤢 I held the handle down, up, every which way for more than a minute and it wouldn't respond. The paper towel dispenser didn't work so I had no way to dry my hands after washing them. The soap dispenser did work though so that's a plus! 😉

I waited at the front desk for several minutes without a single employee in sight and then looked for a manager to share some of this with and I literally could not find one!
