Ugh, the service was terrible! We waited forever for our food, and our server was MIA. I don't mind waiting, but a little update would have been nice. I had to keep bugging other waiters, and then I ended up serving everyone.
The bathroom needs a new toilet seat; they're cheap, and you make that much money in no time. I'll even bring them over and install them for you.
The food's good, but the service and the place need some work.

The waitress Aja, was never around it took 20 minutes to get a refill and longer to get a check. The wings were served overcooked and barely had any sauce. The fries were served like warm and looked like hours old, but we were only given one serving of fries for the two orders that were paid for. There wasn’t a manager in sight and when I called to try to get ahold of a manager I waited on hold for 30mins with no response. I definitely do not recommend.

Came hungry, left emotionally wounded. Our server vanished like my hopes and dreams—only slower. My order was fine, but my friend’s entire half of the table got ghosted harder than a bad Tinder date. At least the napkins were prompt.

We came in for dinner and the place was not busy at all we waited for forever with empty drinks and without food when the food finally came the burger was cold and seemed like it had been sitting forever.. Then when we got our bill it was wrong with added items. Would not recommend definitely unorganized!

I came by for lunch after getting to my hotel nearby. I had a craving for wings and Buffalo Wild Wings is always happy to oblige. I sat in the bar area and Brooke provided great service. I ordered my wings and they came out within 10 minutes. Also, the beer was super cheap so I had a solid lunch pint. Overall, I had a great time.

First off, the gentleman MEL at the front desk taking orders and giving customers their online orders is AMAZING!!!!! while everyone is standing around waiting for their orders he is asking questions and going back and forth from the kitchen to check on orders for his customers! He was Calm and Composed the entire time while taking phone calls from customers who may or may not be the nicest! He was Curtious and made sure everything was how it should be! Thank you! MEL ther was also a nice lady with gorgeous long hair and tattoos that came out to ask questions aswell! Thank youuuu! You guys are AWESOME! even when the place is chaotic/hectic, we the customers appreciate you guys sooooo much and everything you do! Keep up the good work!!!!!
I waited around 35 mins but I'm not complaining seeing how busy they are! Also I was here when it was busy! Find times when they aren't for quick orders!

Your food will be late very late and then when you finally get your food, items will be missing and management is useless to help. DO NOT EAT HERE!
I ordered a traditional and boneless combo which was supposed to come with a side…did not receive the side. Food took over an hour and a half to arrive and since it was delivery it was also stark cold. As well as none of the sauces arrived. So yay. Will not return business do not understand how this location would still be in service if this was its normal. Or is it just cause it was ordered offline?? $50 for 12 wings and an order of dry cheese curds. What a joke. Sonic would have been a better endeavor.
