Wanted some hot wings and beer. Food was fine, 3 stars, could have been better, but our hostess Leela made up for it by being awesome and helping with the mess I made.
Slowest and least caring service ever!!!!
Food and service are great! They lose a star for the atmosphere, it is so cold here. I've been a couple of times and both times had to retrieve a jacket from the car. It was so uncomfortable that despite the great food and service I will probably order food to go from now on.
Bumping the reviews up. Bartender and food were bomb.
Interesting wing sauces flavor combinations!!
I was also thankful that they offer some Non-Alcoholic Beers. đș

Dining in has been fine, but don't get anything delivered, even directly from the BWW website. Half of our order was completely wrong.

We really couldn't believe how we were treated this evening. They we're busy which we knew was a possibility with it being a Thursday. However to not get help or be greeted for over 15 mins was unbelievable. Then when the server finally came. She had a crappy attitude as she says; drinks? I said we'd also like to order. She said okay give me your drink first in an i hate my job today sucks attitude. We decided I not to put up with her said never mind think we'll go and she said okay good and walks off. It amazes me how people think they should be servers. BWW you need better servers and to start fresh. You ratings show how horrible this restaurant is doing. Do better!

In the last couple of months this place has gone downhill. They fire employees for stupid reasons. My favorite bartenders cooper and Savon are amazing and the only reason I go to BWW. They are the only ones running the show smoothly, especially during busy times. Management is horrendous and never helps their employees. Iâve been going here for years and my favorite bartenders sean and Savon are no longer here. Savon and Sean made the place fun and they were quick and on top of it. Cooper is a sweetheart and so personable with the customers and a hard worker. Sad how this place turned out.
I hate doing this because i have been a fan of bww for years and never had an issue like this. Especially since our server was absolutely amazing, attentive, timely, kind. However, none of the reviews address the food this way and I think the franchise needs to be made aware of the issue. 3 people dining, 2 got all you can eat wings, one got the nachos. ALL 3 of us had digestive problems after that started before we even left. My daughter found hair in the wings. We went for lunch, it's been 12 hours and I'm still having issues. To top it off, we went to physical therapy after eating and our therapist told us she had the same issue at this location... bww is unfortunately ruined for me at this point and I won't be back... there was chicken on all of our meals... makes me concerned about a possible issue with that.
I read all the reviews before coming here, and I should have listened. It's Saturday night 8:30pm - bar is empty, open tables, place is dirty. That alone will tell you the quality of this location.
We sat down and things we're fine until the food came. The big ones to mention; our food wasn't hot but mildly warm. 10 boneless wings were barely tossed. seriously I wish I took a picture of it because whoever runs this place should be ashamed of actually putting out food that looked the way it did.
Halfway through, we asked for more sauce on the side. We had to flag someone else down as another 10 minutes went by, they brought it to us cold as well as another order of wings, cold because the whole thing probably sat in the window from the time it was put in the system.
I don't know why I'm surprised and in 2025 I should have known better. Whoever runs this place, I'm dead serious YOU need to be in there every night walking table to table asking people how they are, if they need anything. The reviews for the last few months have been awful and its clear you aren't doing anything about it. Marc, if you read this, you need to get in there and do something about these terrible reviews
My girlfriend and I decided to watch the UFC fights and go to Buffalo Wild Wings. She ordered the Chicken BeerCheese Cheesesteak & I got the Beef BeerCheese Cheesesteak. Washed it down with Blue Watermelon Cooler & Strawberry Margarita. The food was good and drinks were great! Even our server Jayla was good. The problem came to where we wanted to watch the fights on ESPN. No one ever turned it for us. We asked 3 to 4 times to different people with the same result, no one changing the channel for us. The bartender told my girlfriend that they would change it at 6. Never did!! This was supposed to be a place where you can go eat and watch whatever games are on TV. We spent money to go there to enjoy ourselves, which really we didnât. So if you decide to head out to go watch some sports games on TV. Donât bother going here. They wonât care!!!
I placed a delivery order via their website/app and used my reward for free cheesecake since itâs Mothers Day and my order never came đ. I called and spoke with Rose about missing my order and she told me it was made and handed over to a door dasher. I told explained I didnât use Door dash and she told me that they donât have their own drivers so orders get routed through Door Dash. I told her Iâd wait even longer to see if it showed up late but it still never did. So then I called back and spoke with the same employee Rose. I even asked âwhat do I do now?â She transferred me over to the store manager âBobbyâ and I explained the situation again. He advised me to call Door Dash and tell them or that they could re-make it and I could call Door Dash to see if they could send out another Dasher unless I wanted to come pick it up myself. I have 2 special needs children and ordered delivery for that reason so that wasnât a viable option but he did ask if Iâd just wanted a refund so he processed one. Luckily Iâll get my money back but man, that sucks! I didnât get my food or my cheesecake and waited and put my dog away and wasted my reward for nothing. I wish they would let customers know that they route deliveries via Door Dash because if I knew that, I probably wouldnât have ordered anything. I tried to call DoorDash but with no name or phone number of the driver to provide that wouldnât be much help and nobody answered when I did try to call DoorDashs customer service line. Happy Motherâs Day to me, some jerk stole my food.
