Buffalo Wild Wings

This was an absolute horrible experience! Our waitress got our drinks then left us for over 15 minutes without taking our order when we asked to order she took our order but then disappeared again . No napkins no plates for our appetizer . I could smell alcohol on her breath when she came to finally bring our drinks out with excuses as to why our food still wasn’t here (40 minutes after our order and over 15 minutes since half of our table got their food ) still no napkins at all and forget a refill. I’ve never had worse service in the 44 years I’ve been earth side . Bottom line go to the other b dubs cause this one is horrid ! Not to mention when the food finally arrived it was cold cause it was sitting on the window while she walked in circles doing nothing. I’ve waitressed for years and never have I seen such horrible service .

Went to the restaurant at first and main, ordered take out teriyaki wings, ate them a little later, took one bite and my mouth was on fire. Called and spoke to one of the managers he confirmed that it was not teriyaki. Took care of the order added a few extra to make up for the error. Do not remember his name, I just want to say Thank you.

Ordered original Buffalo boneless wings and sweet bbq. They were all overcooked and the Buffalo were not sauced. Called to make a complaint and was supposed to be provided a refund for the unsauced wings. I was assured the manger would take care of it. Checked the bank and the full amount was charged and no refund has been provided. Horrible customer service to lie.

BW3's can be SOOO hit or miss, and honestly, we were very hesitant visiting this restaurant given the average-ish review rating. However, after spending hours in Lowe's, we were starving, and our expectations were low. That being said, everything at this place was great! We sat in the bar area, our server was attentive, our wings were hot (temp) and the beers were cold. I wish the restaurant had been a little cleaner, but maybe they had a busy lunch.

Ther service here isn't good. It's super slow. I don't know if they're understaffed, or have shitty servers or what but man, it's bad.

Server dropped off my check and literally never returned. Got served 2 drinks in 3 hours. Pathetic.

Avoid the new center point location. I have given this location more chances than I should. When I arrived inside the restaurant there was a sign telling me to seat myself. I proceeded to walk around trying to find a clean table to sit at. The empty tables were all dirty. I should have walked out at that point. Instead, I approached the bartender and told him that I am unable to seat myself because all the empty tables are dirty. He did clean off the table but just moved dirty dishes to another table. Besides taking a very long time to get my food, the wings had barely any sauce and we were never offered refills on our drinks during the 45 minutes in the restaurant. I did let the manager know about my experience and he does seem very nice. But it is a bummer to spend so much money on mediocre service.

Forget getting a to go order! Never have it ready on time and as always it’s never complete. Had to go back and get the 3 orders of fries/wedges. Now I remember why I haven’t been there for the last two years

This place has by far given me THE WORST service I have ever had at a restaurant. Walked right in and several waiters (in specific: Anthony) made eye contact numerous times only to not say or do anything. I had to walk into their kitchen to ask them to come give my table basic customer service. Pick another BWW. Don’t bother wasting your time. There is a reason why they only have 2.8 stars.

We walked in for the first first NFL Sunday game of the year, told at the host stand that I can write my name down and how many, ok I can look past that, then get sat down order some drinks then never saw the waitress again really. Finally flagged her down ordered an app. Just after halftime my dad tried to order tacos, never showed up, we had to start putting out empty cups on another table as did the table near us. The bar side of the restaurant was lucky to get any help. Had to flag down waitress again to get our check and specifically had to say just the drinks and app because my dad never received his order and I never even got a chance to place my order for food. It's NFL Sunday, you would expect to see wait staff at least a few times during your game.

Fries were like potatoes chips and over cooked. The wings were horribly over cooked. Waste of time, money and patience. Highly not recommended. In fact, corporate should shut this store down ASAP.
