Called 3 times tonight, 9/30/25, and was hung up on each time. Actually heard the phone click as it was picked up and hung up on 1 of the tries. We site is terrible when trying to order for a family. Won’t call again. Won’t order from them again. Pretty terrible.

Ordered pickup for designated time and still waited 25 minutes. Then fries were dry and old. Wings are not all that good so won’t be going back.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! I tried to call for 45 or more minutes to place an order. I drove to ask a manager why they don’t answer their phones. He then had me wait 10 more minutes for him to tell me “there’s someone on the phones” I can literally see the phone unattended. She finally answered while we are in the store , and disregards me saying how long it’s taken to get an answer. And said “oh that’s okay can I get a name for the order”. The manager did nothing to resolve the problem, as soon as I told him. he went back to making drinks behind the bar. He just dismissed the issue and tried to take my order there without addressing any of their horrible service. I have a gift card to use and they wouldn’t refund it either. It wasn’t until I went over to their ringing phone, that the lady that was supposed to answering calls finally did. Called multiple times from multiple numbers. When I went in and half the dining room was shut and they looked not busy at all. The manager at 10-11 pm on September 19,2025 and the phone lady suck. Your service is losing you business.

Update went back the next day to speak with a different Manager and again they knew and heard about all the problems but again didn’t do anything to fix or even justify their horrible practices and genuinely made it feel like I was a sucker for wanting to eat there, as a customer I was in the least bit satisfied, and most likely will not be returning as well as informing friends and family about the lack of care paying customers

Honestly, would not recommend either location in the Springs. This location has repeatedly have had poor service, from getting cold food, waiting 30 minutes for drinks, getting an incomplete meal, and the most recent one waiting two hours for food that never came. It’s sad, I’ve ate at BWW a lot and this location makes me not want to spend any more money with the company.

Sat at the Bar, all 3 waitress noticed us and completely ignored,us we waited there 15min no service not one word from either of them. I understand it’s busy but any of them could said “I’ll be right you”

Tried to order through the website and it wasn’t working. Called and someone answered with “please hold” and never picked up the phone again. I waited for ten minutes with zero response. Drove to the restaurant, line out the door for to-gos. Not a single staff member was around or checked in. I was there for twenty minutes before I left. There were people in front of me who’d been there for over an hour.

Ya know; I can get over the sometimes poor service, dodgy food quality, and loosing the hope of getting the whole group to eat together…..but I cannot handle bugs on my menu and table right where I’m eating. Bartender (who bussed the bar then grabbed a handful of lemons out of the fridge) responded: “that’s not a cockroach, that’s a sow bug” THANKS KEN 0/10

Absolutely horrible service.
Manager should be fired.
Waited 20 min at the bar, wasn't even recognized, manager came to help the bartender, but didn't bother with anyone on my side of the bar.
