If you eat here I hope you are not in a hurry. Still standing here waiting on a to go order 50 minutes after the txt said it would be ready. Finally got the order told the manager that it took so long and he said he would look into it. Food was cold and hard by the time it was given to us. It would have been faster to drive across town and get it at the other locations which are always spot on.

Food came out cold after an eternity. From the second we sat down they were bringing the wrong orders to our table and taking ours to other tables. They do not have their stuff together here. They do a terrible job of representing your company at this location.

Never have I ever and never will I again.I went in and asked about creating a to-go order. I was told that there was an extremely long wait. I asked if I made an online order and came back later would it speed things along and they said that would actually not help.It's not like they were super busy. I looked inside and counted less than 15 people.There was a DoorDash person who was standing there and she let me know she had already been there for 15 minutes. DoorDash typically gets notified when the food is ready so they don't have to stand around. If this is their policy, it's no wonder they don't have but 15 customers on the inside.I've had food from this location before delivered to me and now it makes sense why it took so long.The wings were okay, but definitely not anything to write home about. That's why I didn't leave a review earlier. It was just meh.Skip it.

Weekend night, too big of a crowd for a bartender. Manager not much help, just kept bringing empty glasses to bar. Food took forever. The bartender was nice, did what he could.

Service is good but for a company with “wings” in their name… the cooks really should learn how to cook them. The wings were terribly undercooked. The meat does not come off the bone, to the point you consider using a fork and knife. They were also pink in the center. I’m never the type to not take my food home but those wings were god awful.

Once again a horrible experience. Horrible service followed by horribly cold food. I have been to 3 different locations in the last 6 months and all of them have been equally horrible so maybe an “A” for consistency.
Made the mistake of not checking the reviews before I ordered. It’s BWW after all. The sauces are good. How bad can it be? Bad. Overcooked and I got this monstrosity of a wing with dreadlocks.

The service and speed of drink and food delivery are very poor. Food is well below average at best and doesn't come out together for people in the same party.We came back months later, and the fries were so stale and overcooked that I couldn't even bite them to try to eat them. Literally unchewable fries. The meat of the sandwich I ordered was drastically over-fried, had no taste, and was like biting into a "soft" rock. Awful, just terrible. That was a waste of both my time and money.All-around, this place SUCKS. Do NOT go here. You WILL be very disappointed and will leave angry and hungry like I did.Updated to reply to this business: "Thanks" for the canned and uncaring reply...I can tell you don't take these bad reviews seriously and just want complaints to go into a void where no one in your company will ever see them, and will care about them even less.

Disappointed. All three of our meals came out at different times. Other tables around had this issue as well. I ordered the cheese curds as a side. It was $5.99 and the amount of cheese curds given was laughable. It was the size of a handful, looked like it was meant for a child. Should have snapped a pic. My husband got the sampler which was $16 and very small portions as well, and to make it worse it wasn’t hot.Also didn’t receive forks and napkins until halfway through our meal. Not sure why the hostess didn’t bring them when she seated us, an easy fix.At least our server was nice.
