Used to eat here even though wing pricing has gone through the roof. Now THEY CHARGE YOU $.99 FOR RANCH to go with the wings.

That’s a real shame. I can easily afford it but no way I’m going to pay an extra $2 when it has always came for free

I ordered 20 piece bonless wings and only received 10, half the order is missing. I didn't get what I paid for and it's too late to go back.

Worst location. Food was not fresh no taste! Diarrhea/ food poisoning, staff employees didn’t know how to use their own app! Empty setting.

Out of all the locations here in Colorado Springs, the east Fillmore is my favorite! Customer service is amazing and I really like their food the best. There are closer locations to my home but this location is worth the drive!!

Second time I've ordered food here and 0/2 on this spot. The comments about time are spot on. I could've ordered from a Buffalo wild wings across town, picked it up and finished it in the time I've waited for this one which is literally 2 minutes from my house. Service is as mid as the food. Order was supposed to be ready at 10:10 and at 10:30 was told that we we're just waiting for the wings... at 10:45 she said he just started on the burger and that they thought they were out but found some. Just left that whole part out the first time huh? It definitely seems like the kind of place staffed by kids who don't actually care for their jobs. Next time I want Buffalo Wild Wings I'm just going to drive to a better one further away.

OMG talk about great food and better service .. the food was fresh the store was super inviting and the staff was so informative on many questions I had I no doubt will be coming back.

It takes forever to get anything from this location. On average it takes well over an hour to get food from here. I’m currently standing here waiting for an order that said it would be ready 20 minutes ago. I purposely came in late knowing they historically are slow on making your order. I’m standing here watching the guy just now drop my wings. I ordered 45 minutes ago. I can’t help but laugh at the sign they have posted at this location. I might as well just drive to the location further away if it means a longer drive but a shorter wait time on food. 🤷🏻‍♂️
