Cozy community space with plenty of room for people working. Lots of conversation and energy! Had the BEST breakfast bowl: steak was perfectly done, egg was amazing and had lots of fresh black pepper, tomatoes were flavorful, quinoa was fluffy. They have kombucha on tap. Definitely adding this to the list of coffee shops to revisit!
Perfect little coffee shop tucked in an old elementary school. Stop by support all vendors, goat patch brewery, nacho matrix, nightingale bakery!

I was pleasantly surprised by Building Three Coffee. Part of the Lincoln Center, there was plenty of space to work within an environment that was quiet and respectful. And their Nitro coffee was fantastic!

I come here often with my three kiddos and the food quality is superb, the coffee is wonderful, and the staff are well trained and very hospitable. It's our favorite coffee shop in all of COS. Thanks B3! We love you guys!

Stopped by here for the first time and I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely be coming back! I ordered a sugar free option for my wife and they didn’t have that or the flavor she wanted (Wich was no big deal) and because of that, the barista was kind enough to let me have my coffee on the house. The coffee was delicious! And the service was fantastic.
