The best coffee shop in the neighborhood. Great people and an even better atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the macaroons and the smoothies. The crew is super friendly to kiddos.

District III hits the trifecta of ratings. Food and the coffee are superb with a wide variety of food and drinks, service is friendly and prompt and the atmosphere is terrific. No matter the weather outside, it’s warm and friendly inside District III. I happened to find myself here while I was waiting for a family friend having lengthy tests at Penrose. I had not been nor heard of this coffee shop before, but spied a walk away coffee cup across the parking lot and decided to try. I am primarily a French Roast, black guy. The bold coffee was very good and suited my taste just fine. Stop in there’s plenty of room and quite a people and pet friendly environment!

Parking: Loads of parking and handicapped parking spots.

Paid $9.50 for a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel... Definitely not worth it. Bagel tasted stale and had the consistency of styrofoam. Place had a terribly tasteless minimalist/industrial specialty coffee house vibe catered towards out of touch millennials. Servers were nice at least. Insanely overpriced, never coming back. What kind of coffee place can't make a good breakfast sandwich?

Bought bean to send yo my son overseas today. The gentleman who helped me pick out the most suitable beans for him based on the fruity notes he likes and an espresso for my daughter in law was a really helpful. He was very knowledgeable about their products. Can’t wait for them to get these beans overseas- it will be a real treat.

this is my go to place in the springs for coffee and food! Great coffee, lots of space to work, chill staff, and the views are amazing! Also, next door is a bakery so if you don’t want one of their bowls there are options next door too.

Building Three Coffee - love your vibe and just fell in love with your coffee. My latter was perfect. I’ll be back for more tomorrow.

B3 is a wonderful small family owned coffee shop in a converted elementary school. There is plenty of seating for friendly conversations or study groups.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. But coffee is overpriced and pretty subpar. Espresso quality is all over the place. Get the drip.

I went to this coffee shop for the first time today to meet up with a coworker. It was pretty busy in there, so a little noisy, but so bad that I couldn't hear my coworker.

The coffee was so-so. I'm used to more strong coffee. I got a mocha, but it mostly tastes like flavored milk.

The maple pecan scone, however, completely makes up for the so-so coffee. It is amazeballs. Plenty of pecans and the maple icing on top is just enough. Not too sweet. And the scone isn't too dry. It crumbles well enough that you can pull it apart to eat it in smaller bites.

I'd be willing to go back and try a different coffee to see if it was perhaps a one-off.

Great place to relax and get coffee maybe do some studying or catch up on work. Food is okay and hits the spot for something fast but coffee is where they shine.
