Buns and Bubbles

Got the vegetarian banh mi and there hardly was any flavor. Usually you get the vinegar tartness from the pickled onions, but this one was meh. I’ve gone to other non Asian establishments in Colorado Springs that have more flavor than this place. I was really disappointed to see that my egg roll only came with soy sauce (even though I originally asked for a spring roll)The truffle fries are delicious here but this should not have been the highlight of my trip.The atmosphere and decor is cute. Food was a total let down. I will not be returning.

My wife and I visited recently and the food was amazing. We both got bahn mi, I got the classic while she got grilled chicken and both were fantastic. I also got grilled pork spring rolls, which were also great. Service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was packed at the time and I chalk it up to the time we went (right at lunch). Overall, I recommend stopping by and getting some food here!

A cute and fun concept with good food and drinks. We’ve ordered and enjoyed the grilled pork and Vietnamese combo banh mi sandwiches. Both are great! Their milk teas are also good. I recommend the rose milk tea or the matcha milk tea. We also recently tried the Vietnamese wings, and we liked how flavorful they are.

Super neat atmosphere! Great selection of fresh Vietnamese food. Bob a tea is excellent and they allow you to pick your sweetness level on most drinks which is rare for a boba shop. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a date night or even taking the children for a fun food outing!

Super cute place with great milk tea! I don't eat a lot of sugar, so I get the earl grey milk tea without sweetener. It packs a punch of caffeine for me, so beware if you're not a big caffeine person. I've utilized the space for intimate meetings and a place to bring my laptop to get work done. The staff is very friendly and gets the drinks out quickly.

Love their milk tea cos its not too sweet but the boba were still not on the soft side. Hope they would improve it.

Our go to bahn-mi spot, they have a great selection of food and teas. My goal is to try each and every one of their sandwiches. This is the #7 and the breakfast sandwich with a milk tea.

The boba was so amazing and Madelyn the lovely cashier was so friendly and sparked up great conversation whilst I waited for my order, which came out in great time! Great job Buns and Bubbles and thank you Madelyn!

Our server Madelyn was amazing, nice, and extremely helpful. The refreshers with boba is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is quite astounding!

Buns and Bubbles was a great overall experience. The food was fresh, and the tapioca in the drinks was great. The spring rolls were fantastic and the banh mi was decent. Family friendly (the 3 year old liked the popcorn chicken), and even when crowded, the service was great. Highly recommend.

Cute vibes and a great selection to choose from on the menu! You can not only grab bubble tea, but also coffee, sandwiches, noodles, and even mochi waffles for dessert ? I loved the interior decoration they had and their cute little piggy mascot. I unfortunately wasn't able to receive one of their complementary stickers, but wish I did! It's so adorable.They also honor a military discount, which is always nice!

Came here on a whim since the kids wanted some bubble tea. It had a good crowd inside and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Did not order any food just drinks but the food smelled really good. The rose and passion teas were very good but the strawberry pineapple smoothie was just mediocre. The only 4 things that's really driving 3 stars from this visit is that they said they were out out of the tapioka balls (apparently they did have some but took an additional 8-10 min to get them ready?), the milk teas were pretty heavy on ice, the pricing was high for milk tea and the heavy ice already reduced what you were paying for, and the smoothie was just bleh. Will try to food next time and see how it is.

This place was all lot better then I expected and it was very flavorful the fries was amazing the smoothie where hand made and delicious there was also this amazing spicy mayo sauce that was soooo good it was not to spicy I had a pulled pork sandwich the pork tasted 100% real and amazing it was cooked perfectly and with the exact right amount of juice soooogood trust me go to the restaurant and your tastebuds will thank you

I enjoy coming here for their large selection of boba and food. I tried the chicken noodle bowl and have now tried there strawberry milk tea, tropical refresher, and strawberry pineapple smoothie and they are all wonderful and refreshing. Definitely recommend, they also have a drive thru if you aren't feeling like you want to walk in.

My daughter and I enjoy this shop a lot. We love the cherry tree in the middle. It's a great aesthetic. The Bao Buns are DELICIOUS! I prefer the Vietnamese BBQ Pork. The service can be a little slow sometimes but everyone who works there is super nice. Just sit back and enjoy the ambience.If I could change one thing I would put better cushions on the couch under the tree.
