By far, the best experience I have had at either BK or McD. I called a head of time to question why I was being denied on app to place order and it turned out to be a fluke, because they normally close at 11, and a very sweet lady answered right away and explained that the restaurant would be closing at 10 for cleaning or maintenance, but she also said if I could get there Around 10 then she will serve me. I gave her the order over the phone to save her time, and when I arrived there were 2 cars in front of me but it didn't take long and I got to window to see a smiling face which made me smile, told her I just called and she handed me my food and paid, just to find a nice surprise which I really needed that night Thank You for being kind!! and the fries were nice and hot along with cheeseburger so I was pleasantly surprised.

Very unprofessional very rude customer service and the food was horrible I spent $50 and our fries were burnt and dry the chicken nuggets were basically flour the burgers and the chicken sandwiches were okay the only thing that was cooked right was the onion rings we got treated like crap will never return black in America 🤔
Food during the day is fresh. Breakfast is good if you go early in the morning. Towards the end of breakfast service, do not recommend. Fries are always on point! Kaya, who worked the window was extremely friendly and upbeat. Great drink selection too!
Two super rude employees Saturday 11/10 at 2:45 pm. Couldn’t be bothered to do anything than grunt and acted put out that they had customers. Tables were all filthy.
