Online ordered the double whopper jr, ended up with just the single. The staff there even check the food in that bag against the receipt but didn’t find out. It’s just acting!

Nobody in the drive through lane and still sat and waited over 30 minutes for just 2 meals. Ridiculous

The guy that used to work there all the time in the drive thru was great. Now it's all new employees there and the service has definitely gone downhill. The drive thru used to be quick, now theres a line everytime. Also, they dont make things correctly everytime. I'm not sure why the other guy left but Burger King should have given him a great raise to stay!

Got there at 6:30 I was the only customer. Ordered frozen coke but when I got to the window they said the frozen coke machines not working so they said my only option is to get a frozen strawberry Fanta because they couldn’t do refund.

Then I got back to my car and checked my order it was missing 4 fries and 3 Hershey pies, I went back in to tell them they forgot the fries and Hershey pie they said I was rude and giving them an attitude.

Terrible service, spend $60 at this place for them to be missing half my order and they’re telling me I have an attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he’s the assistant manager and there’s no other manager and he was in charge.

3 people working on one order and it still gets messed up, do not recommend this burger, definitely drive a few more miles to goto the one on Austin bluffs and Barnes for better service and fresh food

Great location. Quick service, very clean/new looking location. A little dark at night, makes it seem closed.. otherwise probs my favorite burger king in the springs.

Terrible manager with zero customer service skills . Screwed up on 2/2 of my orders I’ve ever made . Non apologetic and rude . Made me feel like I stole something when they had to fix there screw up !!! Go to a different location like I usually do . This one is close but not worth the headache

This store completely messed up my online order. When I called they said they would replace it, but apparently because I couldn't get back to the store within a week, for breakfast mind you, they refuse to honor what they said. Accountability doesn't have a 7 day shelf life!! And they were extremely rude about the situation as well. This store sucks so bad, don't give them your money!!!

I just had a great experience at this burger king. The people working here were very Polite, Professional, and they did it my way! My food was fresh and my wife and I enjoyed it, Thank You for a Tasty and Fresh Breakfast!!

Placed and order here at 9:25 and the site said open until 10pm. They charged me 29.71 and we drive there and guess what they are closed. Three idiots still there and one of the guys who pretended to know what he was doing gave us incorrect information and was extremely rude to us. This treatment I guess is typical of people that work in fast food. They work in fast food for a reason. But to be rude and condescending to someone who has paid you and you are closed is uncalled for. I would highly suggest to anyone to not go to this location. The ones working the night shift on 12/17 well They should all be fired. Horrible people and horrible management and treatment of customers.
