First time here, qualiry food and service!

A young red-headed young teenager served us. He said his name was Tim, and he was a work-horse! He was working both drive through AND the front counter (taking orders at both). It was obvious the location was understaffed, but Tim was doing his very best with a tough situation. The food was good, but due to the understaffing, it took much longer than it should have.

Pick the day you go here carefully. When the kid is working the window your guaranteed over cooked and/or food that's been sitting under the lamp for way to long.

Stale food. Got french toast sticks and hashbrowns, hard, not burnt, just hard. The food was so stale and tasteless.

Good burgers and friendly service. Sometimes they forget an item in your order but it's rare.

Missing item because drive thru girl can’t socialize with her female coworker and do her job at the same time. Didn’t notice item was missing until I got home, so I wasn’t going back. Prices are way too high for this kind of bs. Do your job!

Dine in option was not available at 6:45am, all doors locked despite Burger King website saying dine-in hours started at 6:00 a.m.

Hours are terrible. Don’t support this place

Terrible location

Due to a stomach issue I cannot tolerate meat. I loved that they have the impossible whopper... never had any issues with any other location however they gave me beef. I drove home and realized their error, Tried to call no answer. They gave me no receipt so there is nothing I can do. But getting sick and vomiting is not worth it. They wrapped it in the correct wrapper but still chose to put beef.

I just purchased a few whoppers and other hamburgers, I've even ordered them with cheese and when I got home a few minutes later it was obvious that all my hamburgers had been sitting waiting.
All my hamburgers where cold I even had to put them in the microwave.
I'm so disappointed and will never eat a any burger King ever.

Very slack employees orders been made for 30 minutes and still wasn't done

Drive thru service was terrible.
The girl didn't take the order right and was irritated at the window when I asked her to correct it. She still didn't get it right adding an additional item, forgetting sauce, and not issuing a receipt. Occurred evening of 10/17.
Unnecessary rudeness, will not return to this location based on unwelcoming incompetent staff.
