We decided to try this BK out instead of going to the other one. We waited about 20 min only had two cars in infront of us the male manager seemed annoyed when we got the window and didnt like that we asked why it was such a long wait? And to top it off our whole order was wrong and the food at best was barely warm, the fries and rings barely half full I know they just opened so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt maybe next time everything will be better and the attitudes will change
The food took forever to get and when I did get my food it was cold. This is the first time I was actually able to make it before they closed too. What Burger King (or any fast food place for that matter) closes at 8:00pm? You kind of get the feeling they just don't care about getting business.

Went for dinner the other day, the person taking the order was struggling to understand what we were ordering and ended up charging us more than necessary.My wife's food came out just fine, but the chicken sandwich and fries that I ordered and received was extremely under cooked. I noticed after the first bite and spit it out but ended up getting food poisoning...Be aware of going here after 5 pm as it seems the crew is not fully attentive with ringing in orders or food safety and quality..

Who we explained our order twice.We were not allowed inside and to sit the tables on the east side.A person in the drive thru placed their order after us and was served before us.Our food was brought to us in a paper sack without our drinks, and when asked, he stated he forgot. No extra condiments norThe food was not warm. The fries were covered with salt. Our drinks arrived and dropped on the table.We ate our meal and asked if we could use the restroom. In opening the east door, a person stated the restroom was still under construction.He acted rudely and unprofessional and directed us to their neighboring business to ask. This restroom is part of any restaurant operation and was locked. Customers are the bread and butter of any organization and this needs to be addressed by the regional management team.I can not see how this staff actually functions as a customer service organization, and I highly recommend this staff be changed out. As for us, we won't return.

Drive thru only. Extremely slow service. Fries are never actually filled (other reviews have shown the same thing). Roommate went to get food for lunch while I was still working, they would not allow her to use 2 coupons that we got in the mail because they claim it's only one per car. What if you have a group of people all order and paying for their own food, you are really going to deny them using their coupons? Not cool. This location is still pretty new, but is obviously going to be a repeat of the old one on North Academy that they demolished and put up a bank in place of.

Amazing place, my order is always right, especially the items I get with modifications. The lack of inside dining might bother some but it makes the drive thru so much faster. They were so nice and gave my kiddo a crown and I didn't even have to ask for one. They made sure all our food was hot and fresh. Best BL in the areaParking: Lots of spaces since they don't have inside dining.Kid-friendliness: The employees were super understanding that my little girl was having a meltdown in the back seat and were patient while I struggled to order and super friendly when handing her meal to her with a special crown to make her feel like BK royalty
