September 3, 2022, my car was damaged in the Drive Thru lane because of a large pothole. It caused $1200 in damages, and despite giving BK employees all of my contact information and leaving 4+ voicemail, no one has contacted me to address this issue. It has been over 3 weeks now.
BK has a duty to keep its property safe for its customers, and not only did it fail to fill in the pothole (before my car was damaged), but it also failed to warn folks that the pothole existed....read full review
The entire process was horrific. first of all I waited an hour for my food which is ok. I understand pandemonium and adverse weather. My food finally arrives cold and clearly old. It is also not even relative to what i ordered. A picture showing a significantly larger portion was not even a polite lie in comparison to what I received. 3 pancakes a piece of sausage and stale hashbrowns, that were supposed to be a 2nd order, is what arrives for 15$.
