This Burger King is a joke. Went through the drive through and the kid at the window was so immature , he kept staying things weird where I had to question what he was saying and then he would laugh. The employees in the kitchen were all in there making weird noises towards us, and acting ridiculous. Needless to say by the vibes we got, we threw the food out as soon as we got into the parking lot when leaving the drive-through. We were not eating it when they were acting that way. Bunch of immature highschoolers. Such an uncomfortable situation/experience and a waste of $21. 7/17 8:30 pm. Get your staff under control at this location. We did absolutely nothing to deserve that.. Won’t be back..

Was in drive thru around 11 pm on 7/15/25. Asked for a whopper with cheese and ketchup on the side. The kid working ignored me for the first 3 minutes before ordering. When asking for ketchup he said they were out of ketchup. Really? Not sure if the kid was just acting like a punk because he didn't want to be there or if they were really out of ketchup. I'll go elsewhere in the future.

Ordered one of these new fancy dragon whoppers. They made the burger with two bottom buns. Just close this location down.

Don't waste your time. I went to the drive thru for my lunch break and sat in line for 30 minutes. Not to mention, as customers are in line waiting forever, an employee goes out by the dumpster to get high for a little break instead of working and taking care of the customers waiting in line. Get my ONE burger 30 minutes later, and it isn't even made right. What a waste of time. Hire competent workers next time.

The food was fine! Kudos to the kitchen for still producing good food while having to deal with the actual problem of this location. The assistant manager, Lisa, was working the window and she may be the rudest person I have ever seen doing customer service. BK needs to find someone that can talk to people and Lisa needs to find a job where she can be miserable in private!

Very bad service, terrible service, more than 40 minutes waiting for my order and I had to leave because I had to wait another half hour, I do not recommend it at all, very bad service
they lady was mean, and rushed me and didnt give me a bacon burger that i asked for, gave me a small cheeseburger.

We ordered for 4 ppl and the only thing we didn't like was the impossible whooper. Also we don't get coupons in the mail anymore and we always looked forward to the coupons.
