Rude staff, no one was at the counter when i first entered the establishment, staff was in back talking not caring about customers at all, when they finally came to take my order they were rude and did not care to listen to what I actually ordered, all in all, if you don't like your job, then find a new one, oh and to add they were not busy at all,

This is the worst Burger King in town. My wife got in line at the drive-through and took the second lane and they passed her by four times and then my wife had to back out and go into the other lane and then they told her that they were backed up horrible customer service and they can’t run that double line obviously. Wife went to McDonald’s.

BK on S. Nevada in Colorado Springs. Never got a receipt. I ordered whopper with bacon, medium fries 🍟 and Dr. Pepper. Burger was cold and put together sloppy. Fries were just barely warm. Dr. Pepper was a diet coke...YUK !!!! Don't know why I had to wait so long for food cause it wasn't even fresh. Girl at window had attitude. To the people that work at this BK.....if you don't like your job...go do something else. To the owner of this BK....shut it down before you get sued. Have been reading your reviews. So pathetic, so disgusting, so sad.

The lady taking the order was rude, and she didnt repeat my order back to me, I get home with my 5 year old from school and got him a kids meal for having a good day, and the lady forgot to give me my drink, gave me attitude when I asked for it, and on top of the she gave me 1 sandwich out of the 2 I ordered.
Restrooms are really bad no maintenance atall i think its been a month since they cleaned the restrooms

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a Burger King. After we placed an order through the drive-thru, I went inside to use the restroom. When I asked for access, the employee told me I needed to make a purchase first. I explained that I had already done so, yet she still refused to help and claimed she didn’t have the key. I noticed there was a keypad but made no effort to provide the code or assist further. I waited for over ten minutes, but no one ever came out of the restroom. Strangely, she allowed my wife to use it right away. This type of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope management takes appropriate action to improve customer service at this location.

This Burger King is a joke. Went through the drive through and the kid at the window was so immature , he kept staying things weird where I had to question what he was saying and then he would laugh. The employees in the kitchen were all in there making weird noises towards us, and acting ridiculous. Needless to say by the vibes we got, we threw the food out as soon as we got into the parking lot when leaving the drive-through. We were not eating it when they were acting that way. Bunch of immature highschoolers. Such an uncomfortable situation/experience and a waste of $21. 7/17 8:30 pm. Get your staff under control at this location. We did absolutely nothing to deserve that.. Won’t be back..

Was in drive thru around 11 pm on 7/15/25. Asked for a whopper with cheese and ketchup on the side. The kid working ignored me for the first 3 minutes before ordering. When asking for ketchup he said they were out of ketchup. Really? Not sure if the kid was just acting like a punk because he didn't want to be there or if they were really out of ketchup. I'll go elsewhere in the future.
