The food was fine! Kudos to the kitchen for still producing good food while having to deal with the actual problem of this location. The assistant manager, Lisa, was working the window and she may be the rudest person I have ever seen doing customer service. BK needs to find someone that can talk to people and Lisa needs to find a job where she can be miserable in private!

This place is so dirty. You can barely see through the drive thru glass it is so filthy and all of the dining room windows are gross. The service and attitude from the staff here is absolutely disgusting. Whoever owns and/or manages this place should have all responsibility pulled. The health department needs to pay this place a visit.

Lisa is Horrible I was in drive thru and she was coughing with her mouth wide open, I asked for fresh fries and my fries wasn’t done. I had to go back inside for fresh churros, all and all service was trash Lisa told me to park at the front as the window was closing still talking idk who was playing with trying to get talk me, but that’s not have it your way service find a new job if you don’t like it. Probably racist.

Service was so bad and attitude was 100 food was good at less, they got that right. I understand if u have a bad day but if you are taking orders don't be mean. The lady that was taking my order just kept signing and rushing us even when we kept telling her we were still looking. I have been in fast food service before and to make the day go fast is to be nice if you give attitude you will receive it and your not going to like it.
