Since this Burger King reopened, it is extremely good. TheLady/manager who works here is extremely nice and polite. The Food is as well just as good. The biscuit is super soft and not hard and flaky and is The correct temperature it is supposed to be it is all around a beautiful sandwich and I want to try to get the ratings for this place up more. I will start coming here to eat and see how it goes.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 hash browns and ended up getting 2 sandwiches that weren't even the ones I ordered. I didn't look in the bag. I should have, but I didn't until I got home. Tried to call quotient answer the phone. Guess i will call corporate.

Pulled up at 6:10 p.m. on a Friday night. Tried to order 20 Whoppers plain: 10 with cheese and 10 without. Was told that they could not fulfill that order. Being a former employee and management member, I know damn well that it's not that difficult to fulfill that order. After telling her that, and her trying to reason with me, I drove off to write this review.
This is not a one-time occurrence, I have lived within two blocks of this location for the past 10 years. I have had some of the best Whoppers I have ever had in my life, and I have had some of the worst food I've ever eaten in my life.
Burger king, get quality control down here and deal with these homeless prospects you call employees. Sucks that I have to drive miles away from my house to eat at a decent Burger King.

Food was horrible would love to have a refund or remade if possible but the young lady that was working last night by her self with one person was busting her ass and stayed positive the whole time she deserves a raise for real thanks for all U do I wish I remembered her name

The black lady with braids and white guy with shoulder length hair smoking a vape inside the store 🤮 came to the front and looked at us and never opened the door. Lobby opens at 8am. She left us standing outside while laughing . Common courtesy lacks here. Very rude and I will never spend my money here again! This place should be shut down

This place is horrible first of all I don't know why they are closed at 8 pm second of all my sandwich was completely wrong. Wrong type of sandwich all together. I am a disabled vet and have come to depend on ordering food for delivery and this place has taken complete advantage of that I will be going to the store in the morning and demanding a complete refund.

Came to this branch on 12/7 at around 2pm to get french fries for our granddaughter. We ordered 2 meals. When we drove off I checked the fries and it was old. I used to work in a fast food chain and my hubby managed a Burger King restaurant on base so we know how old stale fries looks and taste like. My hubby called and spoke to a female to tell her that we got old fries and were not looking for a free meal. She responded defensively and rudely hung up on my husband while he was still speaking. He called back and gave them his POV. They had the audacity to call back again instead under "No Number" and instead of apologizing about the food they said they called the cops on us. Since when is giving our POV about the quality of food a crime. Whoever is in charge of this Burger King on Airport needs to train their staff about customer service and responding appropriately to customer complaints. Says alot about their intelligence calling the cops on every customer who makes a complaint about the way the food is cooked. Beware of making complaints at this branch, They will call the CoPS on you.And Cash only of you dine in.. Suspicious I bet theyre stealing from the company.

Worst Customer Servive and The Fries Are Cold, Old and The oil they used is old. I only complained because the fries is for my 2 yrs old grand daughter. I used to managed burger king on US Army and US Airforce Bases in Japan and Guam. By Far, this store is the worst on customet service. I called to tell them about the fries because we went drive through a minute ago before I xalled at 2pm Decrmber 7, 2024. The lady answered "what time did I come and where? So I told her just a minute ago and thr lady handed us the food in the parking lot and we where on a white car. So, she just hang up the phone. I called baxk and this time I asked for the name of tje managet and I want to talk tp him or her? She said its Glady's name of the manager and I told her their customer servixe is F'ng sucks because she hang up on me the first call. She told me not to use the F word because she just answer the phone. She hang up again. A minute later I saw my cell phone with 2 missed call "unknown" and I called back their numbet and ask if she called me, she said yes, she called to let me know that she called the cops because I used the F word???? So, instead of taking care of my complain because I was givenan old french fries and baf customer service. Now its my fault and get harrased on my private cell phone. My wife and I a prior ans retired US Military Officer. We are very respectfull and we adopt whatever the rules and country we lived. You get what you give. On us. You respect us, we will respect back. I hope the owner and management staff of this Burger King at Airport/ Academy will train their employee on proper food handling and customer service. Serving food that is not on proper temp will make people sick. HACCP. I am serv safe certified and a proctor: if you guys need help. I was picking up an order for a delivery and one of the "everyone is a manager" was coming back from what I assume was "doing drugs somewhere nearby". As soon as she's walking in before even checking a device/computer she says she doesn't have the order. She didn't even seem to fully understand what I was saying. Empty lot and empty lobby basically says it all. I'm only complaining to let people know "they probably shouldn't eat here because they will probably get sick". I did not get the order. As I was leaving two people were actually walking up to the building. An old lady and a kid. I hope they have good health insurance.
