This place is horrible 😞 Service was Beyond horrible. Food was Beyond horrible I gave a little old white lady my order more than 3 times and everything still came back horrible and incorrect. Manager kept talking about politics behind the register. Horrible Place to give your money too.. Person OLD white grandma isn't capable of doing their job then they need to get out from behind the counters. And let the new generation of people to come in and get the job done RIGHT!!!

Why is it, every time Ken is working, there seems to be nothing but complete chaos going on? I frequent this particular location more often than I would like to admit. The only time there ever seems to be issues is when he is there. He's not a manager, is he?

My delivery order was messed up. Asked for no lettuce on a wrap, driver didn’t bring any of my drinks at all and couldn’t understand me so I had to play charades pretending to drink from a cup. He just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know. Go through the app but you can only talk to a virtual AI that’s solution was ill add 10.00 to your account. I wanted my food replaced and my drinks but guess that’s not an option. It was more like here ya go just use this 10.00 and order from us again. .. UGH

Ordered an impossible whopper, fries, pickle fries, and an ice cream cone. Me and my sister both became extremely ill with food poisoning within hours. Food was dry, looked old, the fries were unsalted, ice cream was melting and had to be out into a cup, and the pickle fries were burnt. (Side note: Contacted their online support and haven’t been contacted back for days.

We ordered 18 Ham & Cheese Croissants and 2 Sausage & Eggs sandwich. Due to the big order, they asked for us to go around and park out front. What was interesting his tag showed he was a General Manager. Kudos to him.

Unreal After being randomly closed during construction I thought I would give this place another try. That was a mistake. As I tried to open doors that were locked two employees drove up in front of the one unlocked door and locked their car in front. Went inside and there was a sign that they don't take credit cards. Drove to Wendy's This place needs better management

Haven't been to Burger King in a while, but i wanted to try the Addams Family Wednesday meal. It was nasty, burger kings food has definitely gone downhill. The staff was very friendly and quick though.

Had to stand there at the counter for 5-7 minutes with no one to take my order…. The fries tasted like day old onion rings with the old oil. Burger was as expected. Not worth the money charged… no price/value.
Owner needs to fire the Sunday morning crew they are never open at 630 or 7 sorry losers

The food was terrible. The fries were too salty and high cholesterol-inducing. The Wednesday burger meal had too much mayonnaise and made the bread soggy with how overripe the tomatoes were. Our chocolate shake was more milk than shake. $50 almost for a meal that could’ve took me out of the game. I already have diabetes and high blood pressure, the fries tasted like straight salt to the point where I couldn’t even taste the potato. Man wtf type of meal was this. Never going back to this location. Sorry not sorry. Employees were good but the food- no way in hell are any of the people who work there regular costumers at this joint
