Twice ive come to this location and their hours say they should be opened but their closed. Honestly go to the one by iron fighter, their food is fresher and they are open when they say are open

Staff are kinda rude, like don't care about customer service. They don't verify orders when they bring them out to you, and roll eyes and snicker a lot. Very disappointed with service but at least the food was cooked and good.

don't know why bk is considered fast food they have no idea what fast means. secondly, with your lobbies now closed you have just lost all the business of people with vehicles that don't fit through your drive thru lanes like mine. thirdly, went through the drive thru in my personal vehicle for dinner but waited forever for 2 cars ahead of me to get their orders then when it was my turn an angry customer who's order was wrong walked up and cut in line to correct his order so I just drove off. never gonna give bk my money again besides since when is 2 burgers and 1 fry almost $19? I'll have it my way just not at your business ever again.
