Burger King

Ordered a selection off the menu and was given a different one .Asked for it to be exchanged and was finally given what was ordered fifteen minutes later. There are not enough employees there to help out.

It's a waste of time and money at this place. They are rude, take forever, will mess up your order, and then act like you did something wrong.
Also, don't ask for any dipping sauce unless you want an eyeroll and have it thrown at you.
Do not go here.

no greeting, no smile, asked “what can i get you” and i told her she told me the price and handed me my receipt then walked away. My food sat for a couple minutes before she actually bagged it. Then she asked if i wanted any sauce so i said “yes ranch please” and she looked in the cooler (im assuming) and rolled her eyes and mumbled “all the way in the back” and went to go get it. She then proceeded to sit it on the counter and walk away.

Participate in the national thing that sends us notifications on our cell phones in our pockets or we will choose other places to eat on principal. Nobody wants to find out that the local franchisor is cheap and greedy. 🤷‍♂️

I wish I could leave 6 stars for this Burger King. The food was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. The soda was as bubbly as champagne and as sweet as candy. And the service I received was as sweet and bubbly as the soda! 😆 🤣 😁

The restaurant was clean, inviting, and well organized. I just wanted to give a special thanks to the staff for making our visit a great one. My 3 year old son really loved the staff, the store, and his entire visit. Oh, and his ice cream was divine.

Got some food from the inside. All you hear is the manager talking to a customer very badly about other coworkers and her boss. This allowing the customer to talk badly back and also use some curse words in the mix. I get it we can gossip but not so badly I’m here trying to eat and not wanna just leave.

The food gave my stomach issues after eating it I felt nauseous on the way home. The staff seemed rushed even though it was only the two of us there, and one lady rolled her eyes when we came in. The dining room was clean and they had trivia on the TV. Overall not the best experience.

Shitty ass food

This location (Austin Bluffs near Academy) was fantastic. Even with one person (I can't remember her name) working the front and drive thru this afternoon, she was still very friendly and polite. The food was also served hot and was very tasty. Kudos to the staff!

I have come to this location numerous times but I always go through the drive thru window today I decide to go in as I was entering the restaurant I saw a worker entering through back door from smoking. This employee went straight in and grabbed gloves and started making food I understand that he did get gloves but your hands are still dirty so touching the outside of the gloves with unwashed hands is just nasty I’m glad I was a witness to this I’ll never return to this place

I had great service today by a young man working the front counter. He was polite had a smile on his face, in uniform, looked presentable and made my quick stop and experience at this location great.
The restaurant was clean in the lobby and what I could see behind the counter looked good as well but the customer service the young man provided was top-notch and I wish I would have looked at his name tag so that I can give him proper thanks for his great service.
It's Saturday afternoon right around 11:00 a.m. when I went in.

I was so happy with the service that I took a ? home because I felt like a King.
