Burger king is a good place to get hamburgers, and more. I got an Oreo shake last time I went. Unfortunately they closed the kid play area which is a little disappointing. The service is fairly fast and the atmosphere was mostly clean accept for a couple of tables.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible, however navigating around chairs and seating areas can be a little difficult if you’re wheelchair dependent.
Ordered spicy chicken wraps they gave me regular chicken and the manager told the cook just add spicy sauce n rewrap them how is this right ????

Our service from Josh in the drive-thru was great. He was welcoming and just seemed to enjoy doing his job. Food was out fast, hot, and we had everything we ordered and needed.

I’m sorry I’m just so completely disgusted. I ordered food today 3/22 at 3:10 and the lady taking my card had food all up under her 4 acrylic nails she had left and looked like she had wet food on her hands as she took my card. I couldn’t hide my facial expression as she grabbed my card. I cant even stomach my food now.

When the manager is in a bad mood then you better be on your best behavior. Waited in the right lane of the drive-thru and never had my order taken so I backed up and went into the other one. When I got to the window gave him my card and mentioned that they should close that lane because it didn't work, he looked at me and said it is working, we have been taking orders all day, well it didn't work for me. He then told me I better be nice or he won't give me my food. I asked for my food and recipe and then he said no, he said he credited the card and for me to now leave. Drove around and went to get my recipe, it was ready for me and he was egging me on to get mad, looked like he had two friends ready to start recording. What a nice person lol you do you BK.

They messed up my order after I went through the drive-through. Called them on my way back to get order fixed. The person who answered the phone was rude. Did not even offer an apology and hung up on me before I was finished talking when inside to retrieve, my order and Denise the manager didn’t care at all why I was in there. Ignored me until I spoke loudly. Did not offer an apology and didn’t even double check to make sure that I was getting the correct item the second time I know that it’s a fast food place but have just a little bit of common decency. You couldn’t even do the bare minimum.

Everyone that works at this location are terrific people. I happened to be at the register when a disgruntled customer came in causing a scene. Daniel was very professional and handled the situation impeccably. Glad this is my local burger king. I appreciate what you all do.
