I go into every restraint with an open mind on cleanliness, food, taste, and most importantly service. But today I was blown away. Me and my wife walked into Burger King , and it was sooo clean , we both commented on it at the same time. The manager was in the middle of training employees, she came and helped us so quickly, addressed us walking up. Was super friendly, considerate and helpful with us being hard of hearing. Over the best experience we have ever had at Burger King. We will be back here to see our favorite manager now, Barcosha. Store 9832 at constitution and powers. Laveda and eddie

Worst restaurant experience ever. They weren't even smart enough to give me a refund after waiting for over 15 mins. Do no go here!

This is unacceptable!!! This is the second time my Crispy Chicken sandwich looks like this. I understand it's called a Crispy Chicken Sandwich, but this crispy is crazy. Would you want to eat this? These workers don't care what the food looks like. Raise prices and the quality of food goes down.

Diontae is the WORST employee I have EVER seen!!! He mixed up orders continually and handed out completely wrong orders. This is a disgrace. He really should be fired or at the very least retrained... What a blundering mess!!! However, there was one saving grace... Jade tried to help fix his mess ups the best she could. Thank you Jade ...

They ran out of stock on food tonight and cost me an $11 Uber Eats delivery and a wasted trip/wasted gas. This is not the first time they’ve run out of stock for an order I was needing to pick up. Management needs to get it together and do a better job of ordering enough food.
The drive through was packed so I went inside. I was greeted and ordered right away and got a double cheeseburger. I waited 17 minutes! I knew the drive through was busy and some people ordered ahead of me….but feel I got my food ahead of them….About the 15 minute mark I heard someone say these people have been waiting 15 minutes in the lobby. I got my burger but no apology, free drink or anything. I wasn’t looking for anything free but acknowledging the wait would have been nice!
