I've been a fan of Burger King for decades. I love how they cook their hamburgers by flame grilling them. It gives them a unique taste that I haven't found at other chain burger places. If they start using never-frozen beef, I'd give them five stars for sure!

Why do I ALWAYS have to pull around and wait on my food? What’s the point of a drive thru if you always have to go park? I even started ordering ahead on the app. I still get told to pull around and wait. It’s very frustrating.

I had a coupon for breakfast, and I don't drink coffee. I asked if I could switch out the coffees for small drinks, she said sure, and the price was 2 dollars more than it should. So we politely said no of the drinks, and they threw them away. Instead of giving us the drinks and telling us you get exactly what's on the coupon, please remember that for next time or something like that, Burger King has 2 customers who are never coming back.
