Rude rude rude service. Workers were fighting over who would take the counter orders and took 5 minutes just to help us. Then all they would do is complain everytime another customer comes through. On top of that they closed an hour early and still complaining!.

I went through the drive through here and the person who took my order had attitude when I went to the first window the women there was awesome and very cheerful but when I got to the second window the dude had alot of attitude kept rolling his eyes and was extremely short with me like I get it, it's Monday but still when some one says please thank you and was generally nice to you, don't have attitude don't be disrespectful

Management, if you are going to allow employees to touch everything with gloves while dealing with food, you might as well not make them wear gloves. The floor had food and trash on the floor. The other reviews show that the corporate office needs to step in if this is not their brand's standard.

Going through the drive-through sucked. The employee that took our order was very forceful, Rushed us to order, and seemed to not know what we were saying half the time. They made something a meal when we said to make it only a sandwich and made something just a sandwich when we asked for it to be a meal. It was very frustrating. I’m not a person who hates on people but I really hope they choose a different employee that can actually understand what we are saying, isn’t forceful, and doesn’t rush us to order. The only thing I appreciated about the service was that they got the food out quickly.Parking: Parking wasn’t bad and there was plenty of space to park in.

Rude staff, bad attitude, missing item ingredient.First time visiting. Long slow drive thru line. The woman at the window was extremely rude. Sorry she was having a bad day, but not every one is miserable. So business interactions should be neutral or positive, only. I got two of the same item and one item was missing cheese for some reason. Most likely will not make another visit. Corporate needs to come down to this location and clean house.

Just arrived to Fort Carson and unfortunately, this was my 1st meal. The food was cold, the people were kinda rude, and they messed my order up and I had to go back. I could see one or the other going wrong as mistakes happen but clearly nobody cares even a little bitat this place.
No drive to give good service from the staff. They will knowingly give you old fries, and take their time doing it. Sitting in line right now it's been 25min to move 3 cars out, I can't even leave because I'm stuck in these concrete lanes. Just wanted a burger before going home.

Got dinner for the family here today. They forgot to put an entire meal in the bag which we didn’t notice until we got home. Drove back to let them know what happened and they tried to give us the meal they forgot to give us in the first place but it was cold by that point. We told them we wanted the meal fresh, we didn’t want a cold meal that THEY forgot to put in the bag. They had a nasty attitude at that point and stared my husband down. Over a mistake THEY made and expected us to just take cold food home.

I would not recommend eating to this particular BK at all. The crew didnt seemed to know what they have on the menu when I asked them because the t.v screen where the menu is are broken. After googling BK menu, the cashier still manage to placed the wrong food, and served with pre-made warmish sandwich and cold hashbrown. Very disappointed!
