I live down the block from here and while I don't drink alcohol I have stopped by here to eat on multiple occasions. Every time the service has been very friendly and professional and the food always comes out quick and fresh. I usually get their bacon cheeseburger and my wife usually gets either their grilled chicken salad or one of their chilis.
The "reuben" was just sliced blister pack deli meat. Patty melt was so greasy the bottom piece of bread just basically dissolved. Both portions were tiny for the price. The health code violations were atrocious: free roaming dog going into kitchen; the one person serving as waitress/bartender/busser would clear dirty plates then go straight to mixing drinks without so much as rinsing her hands, much less washing them; presumable owner going into kitchen and behind bar in flip flops after smoking a cigarette and not washing hands. Gross.
