I wish they paid their employees a fair wage, or at least full minimum wage. instead, they make use of a tip loophole, so that they just pay their employees below minimum wage plus tips . The management has put a very very strong emphasis on tips, and has all the employees moo like cows. anytime a patron places a tip. Staying in Colorado for vacation and craved a coffee, best decision was to make this stop! Owners are AMAZING!! Employees Amazing as well! Went as many times as I was here on vacation for my mornings. Definitely recommend this place!! Definitely coming back!!
