I love this sandwich shop. This location however is terrible, just the worst. The employees really acted offended that I was even there. Just really sad and had no pride in anything. The employee taking my order couldn't answer simply questions about the size of my sandwich. The drink machine had NO ice the employees really didn't care. Very pricey for lunch. They really should do better.

Ate there before, came back after a while. Very immature, cold staff, was a burden to them to order, short curt, uncaring, no energy, no smile, no excitement. No, we did not tip at register, nothing said, but staff looked offended. Look in the mirror kids... also food was no where near what we had previously.. not going back.

They have the best sandwiches in America, all of them are specially wrapped with love. They are quick and have very friendly characters.

Good sandwiches, but very expensive for what you get. The space is pretty small.

This place is good but it's missing variety. It's is interesting that they have real shredded turkey however. The Vicky's sea salt vinegar chips were a nice change. Wow... pineapple cream soda!

I found Capriotti's a few weeks ago. I got the soup and sandwich combo. Got the clam chowder and a cheesesteak. Omg. Delicious!!
Stopped last week and was so disappointed. I got the exact same thing. The clam chowder was runny and almost tasted sour. The cheesesteak was so dry and had no taste. I had to ask for my soup because they forgot it and the employees just were not happy. ☹️

Came in on 10/16. Brunette cashier was doing the bare minimum and you could tell was just going through the motions. Long blonde haired girl making sandwiches should have a hair net on to start but also gave an attitude when asked for a sandwich to be toasted. It was my first time in and I wasn’t asked if I wanted my meatball sub toasted (it’s usually already toasted other places) so I was looking at the menu while waiting and noticed they didn’t already toast them so I approached the counter and asked for it to be toasted -the brunette said yes but then the blonde was like I already made it and nobody did anything. $54 for 2 subs and 2 fountain sodas and wildly mediocre service is ridiculous. I won’t be back. Why should we be expected to tip. (Even though I did) you gave crap service, wouldn’t unwrap the meatball sub and toast it for a second. I got my own beverages and you called out my order for me to come pick up. Over being expected to tip before I get my food and for mediocre counter service. Your job is to make sandwiches, you didn’t wait on me you took my order and did your job.

The clerk at the front with the mole had a terrible attitude and finished the text she was in the middle of before even acknowledging I was standing in front of her. Their food is good and well worth the price point. I’ll be hitting up the other locations from here though.

Went here today, ordered the wagyu French dip. They didn't give me any au juice. I asked for no cranberry on my Bobbie but they gave plenty of that. I ordered 4 sandwiches, they didn't mark them, so we played let's guess the sandwich. The service was non existent, these people definitely didn't want to be there today. I even left a tip, the sandwiches weren't even worth the money.

Had a few sandwiches from Capriotti's in the last two weeks or so. My fiancee and myself have enjoyed it and added it as a regular on our restaurant rotation. Easily get 2 meals from a 8 inch if you split it.
