Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The food is incredible—fresh, flavorful, and always hits the spot. Highly recommend!

Beyond rude staff. If you don’t enjoy your job you don’t need to take it out on customers.

First time at their Barnes Rd location and it was just as good as the Briergate location, where we go often. Have to admit that I am addicted to their Bobbie sandwich. One day, I really want to try something else but so far, I only get the Bobbie either hot or cold. Love this place.

I came in yesterday not my first time in have had great experiences here but unfortunately after what I saw yesterday I don’t think I’ll be returning. Me and my husband were waiting for our food and I think the general manager sarah was yelling at one of their employees in front of a decent amount of customers which not only is unprofessional but disappointing considering the staff here has always been so nice. The employee being yelled at was in tears I’ve never felt so bad for someone. The general manager seemed way older than the employee as well. Things were said such as “this is why you’re getting fired and hours cut.” Unprofessional and sad.

I actually love this Thanksgiving sandwich and I believe they call it the Bobby!!!
It was the first time I had it and I’m definitely gonna go back and get another before they take it off the menu. I understand it’s a holiday thing.

I will say because of the turkey and the dressing, I think they call it stuffing…. It tends to be a little dry. But don’t worry the flavor is still there. I actually happen to like their dressing because it’s savory, and I always ask them for extra cranberry in that usually helps offset the dryness.

I definitely suggest you go try this one out

I ordered 45 minutes before I showed up and they still were late. It might be because the two ladies in the back were talking about how much of a percentage you have to be to be a certain race. Apparently 2% Asian and you're Asian, and 5% African American and you're African American. But who needs to do your job when you can just talk about stupid stuff.

This place is horrible! The wait times are insane. I got a text that my order was ready for pick up, but when we got there, they had no idea what we were talking about until we showed them our order. THEN they made it. On top of that, please see the attached photo of a BONE in my sandwich. Thank goodness I spotted it before I actually bit into it! This place should be really disappointed with themselves. The Capriotti’s down south off Creekwalk is way better.

We had a great experience when we stopped in. The service was great, and everyone was super friendly and really welcoming to me and my family while we were there. The food was good as you'd expect, solid for the price, even though everything everywhere is so expensive now. We will probably go back whenever time allows us to at some point

This was our first time visiting this restaurant on Barnes/Powers. We walked in the restaurant and received a quick hello from the employee Madison at the counter. We let her know it was our first time eating there. Instead of helping us navigate the menu she just walked off. Then we decided to order a Duo combo. My Mom wanted a mini roast beef sandwich and salad. We asked if we could get the roast beef with the duo. Madison said yes you can get any sandwich with the duo. She said you just don't get a drink with the duo if you order a salad with it.
We order the duo, roast beef mini and salad. I ordered a separate drink as she said it doesnt come with it. Then we grabbed chips and cookie. She says no you dont get those sides either. Also, turns out roast beef is an extra $4 with the duo. That would have been nice to be informed of that when ordering. So our $9.99 Duo ended up costing $17.
My point is Madison has horrible customer service! She seems more confused about the menu and what it offers to even inform customers correctly.
When we went to sit down all the tables were dirty. I wish I would have read previous reviews before coming in.
I would not waste your time or money coming into this location.
Fix your customer service and clean your restaurant! We will not be returning.
