The counterlady made me wait over 5 minutes to order.I was the only person in line.

They ran out of Cole slaw for my sandwich and replaced with some lettuce concoction, not good. They used the wrong bread.

I waited for 30 minutes and spent over 30$ for two sandwiches.

Avoid this place. People of color get no love here...

Honest, I've been dreaming of their fries for days after. Naked fries are PERFECT as they are but can be ordered with toppings

I usually love capriottis. But went in this morning and Eric/Aaron was to busy to greet me I get it he's making sandwiches but when the phone rang 10 mins later he graciously took that order just not mine. I guess me standing there in silence wasnt patient enough and he couldn't greet me. If phone orders are only available then say so he thought if he didn't say hi he wouldn't have to interact with me horrible horrible customer service as a business owner I would never want to leave a salty taste in my customers mouth probably won't be going there for a while. Seriously bummed cause I love the Bobby

I got the Wagyu Cheese Steak. It was very greasy and tasted forgettable. The fries were better. I sat down inside to wait for my food and couldn’t help but notice how filthy everything was. I won’t be back.

The sandwich was tasty, a good change of pace from a typical sub or sandwich place. They need some music or TV programming...a little too quiet and dead feeling despite several patrons dining when I was there.

So disappointed with our first try of Capriotti’s. After hearing good things about this place, the reality was far from expected.

First impressions when I walked in, pure filth. There was disorder everywhere, clearly a very poorly managed and trained staff. There were no customers and three employees in the store, two of them chatting it up in the back and one eating at a table. No one cared to recognize the guy (me) that just walked in. As I looked around at the trash all over the kitchen, dirty prep areas, dirty grill top, the tables out of order, chairs everywhere, trash on floor, and mini drink fridge about falling off the counter, my instinct was to leave but I had someone at home who was excited, like me, to try these sandwiches. I thought I could look past the appearance and the sandwiches would be OK. I was wrong.

After a little wait, a guy walks up. I say “hi, how are you?” and was greeted with the welcoming response of “pick up, dine in, or take out”. I guess he was too busy wishing he was somewhere else to care about someone coming in to spend money on overpriced sandwiches. Ordered 1 meatball and 1 cheese steak, $27 total. Ouch. Was still hoping for a good outcome, here.

There were no other orders at the time, so they started to clean the old, filthy food that was stuck on the grill top/ spatulas and make the cheese steak. If there was a win, the food prep did not take long. He handed me a greasy bag with my sandwiches and I left.

The meatball sandwich was fair, but not hot. The cheese steak tasted old. Like rotten meat old and there was a lot of gristle pieces. It was terrible.

Sadly for us, Capriotti’s was a one and done. Nearly $30 for bad service, bad food, from a filthy environment. No thanks, not again. I would hope that this location is just a poorly managed one and it’s not across the entire brand. Who knows. For us, we’re not going to bother finding out. Done.

We had the bbq chicken cheesesteak. The chicken was large dried out chunks. The bun was stale and hard on the end. I ate half my sandwich and through it away. My wife ate about 1/4 of hers. Were through with Cappriottis.
