Missing items but worse than that: Saw posted that someone got twigs in their sandwich. Well I got a small plastic ball sliced in two in mine!! Just amazing! I can't see anyplace staying open with findings like these.

Their sandwiches are full of bold flavors.

I enjoyed the overall experience.

Excellent sandwiches with so much flavor! Highly recommend trying the chicken chipotle crunch.

Came in yesterday and had such an amazing experience with an employee there. I think her name was Kaitlyn. She made the perfect Philly cheese steak and was such a delight to my day! Definitely give that girl a raise!

My whole experience trying this place for the first time was disgusting. I don't want to relive all of it but I will share this. I watched a very unkempt employee run her gloved hand through her hair not once but twice in between slowly adding ingredients to my sandwich. I was so grossed out that when she handed me the sandwich I dumped it in the trash on my way out the door. It was worth eating the $15 to go somewhere else and not have a dirty hair sandwich. Will 100% never be back.

Waiting until I show up for my order to inform me that they’re out of what I ordered kind of set me off. Also waiting in an empty restaurant with dirty tables is another sign of the times. 😒 I’m sure all those folks ordering online keeps the kids busy.

Mason was an incredible cashier. He was friendly, gave great suggestions and interacted with everyone that came in the door and that left. It is nice to see such friendly faces at establishments nowadays!

Our group had several types of sandwiches. Very disappointed with the classic club. The turkey was quite dry and detracted from the rest of the sandwich. The others were great.

Christen helped me out let me know about all the sandwiches! Helped me make a decision I was ecstatic about! Hands down one of the best Cheese Steaks I have had! Awesome service, Excellent Food, makes for an outstanding atmosphere! Highly recommend!
