I love this place but I cannot for the life of me figure out how they have the Bobbie sandwich and no gravy! They offered it last year for a limited time but come on, that sandwich needs gravy it’s a thanksgiving sandwich and if I went to thanksgiving and had 0 gravy available I would flip a table! Bring back the gravy!!!

First timer at Capriotti’s this evening; me and the wife were craving a Philly cheese steak and we were disappointed. I imagine the Philly could be great from here! But tonight, the Philly we got was really dry. We had to go digging through drawers at home to find sauce to cover it in to make it edible and even then we only ate half between 2 of us. We got a large to split with everything on it and we even added hot and sweet peppers to it. Had high hopes and was let down tonight; one of the biggest pet peeves of mine is spending $ on food and being let down.

This is our new go to establishment anytime that we want a sub. The French dip was probably one of the best I’ve ever had with the Wagyu beef. The meatball sub was superb. The pastrami sub was exceptionally good as the coleslaw balanced the pastrami perfectly. And best of all the Bobby sub was like having Thanksgiving all wrapped up in a sandwich. this place knows what they’re doing …well done!

The first time I was here, I was so impressed, the good was sooo good. Then the next time, not as good. This last time, I could taste the old cooked grease from other people's meals. It's not a taste I like. I also through away most of the fries as they were over salted.

Im a lifelong food critique, and I can honestly say you won't find a better cheesesteak in the world. Absolutely amazing, and if you don't agree then you're biased sorry.

BOOM! Capriotti's Sandwich Shop hit a hime run with me today! The Philly Cheese was big, even at the Medium size! and their special fries, the smaller order could feed an army of hungry sandwich eaters. Full meals are a bit on the expensive side for my budget, but the food was awesome, freshly made, and delicious. Only minor issues, air conditioning was set on "freeze everybody mode," kitchen staff were overjoyed to be there, but extremely loud shouting and laughing, and a grandmother who works there brought her grandson to work with her - that was a real distraction for customers as he was forced to entertain himself at our expense. Maybe it was National Bring Your Children To Work Day? But we shall return, as the service and food were exceptional. 5 Thumbs Up.

Ordered a medium Capastrami combo, and it was amazing. Very rarely am I wowed by a sandwich, but this really did, and I would highly recommend giving it a try.
The restaurant was a typical sandwich shop and was clean but unremarkable.
Service was a little awkward, but polite and patient with us as we figured out the large menu.
I look forward to coming back sooner rather than later!

Great food and extremely friendly staff. It is definitely my go to place for a sandwich. The tomato bisque soup is really goo too. Unless you are at Scheels it is a bit hard to find, but so worth it!

Could we have picked any slower of workers. Ordered online and have been waiting almost 30 minutes.
Adding to my review… here I am again a week later and 30 min wait after I ordered online. Not getting any better. Actually worse!
