Captain D's is a reliable seafood restaurant that offers great service and delicious food. The employees are professional, polite, and efficient, providing a positive dining experience. The staff works hard to serve their customers well. The restaurant is clean and kept up, with clean restrooms. The manager and the staff were amazing and on top of everything. They didn't rush orders and asked if anything else was wanted. The food has changed, but the customer service is a big hands down. The food was delivered fast and was hot and fresh. The big fish sandwich (spicy) and lobster roll meals were incredible. Fries were fantastic, as was cheesecake. The manager was friendly and made light of the power being off. Joe made the ordering experience fun and simple. This man is a true asset to this restaurant. The employees make it easy to overlook the area. This is the best Captain D's.
