We waited over 40 minutes to order the food. By the time we got to the intercom, no one answered so then we pulled up to the window, the cashier told us they couldn’t take our order at the window so they wanted us to go back to the end of the very long line. The food isn’t even worth wasting our time and money and dealing with careless employees. I called the manager about it and she said the same thing the cashier said. I worked at fast food before. They definitely could order at the window. It’s not a policy thing. I hope the owner sees this review because that was just ridiculous.

The young man working the front counter Jaeden is his name. He is a great asset to the company. He was having what seemed to be a stressful day, and even with all of that, he was still super awesome and made sure to take care of us. He brought our food to our table, and even came and checked on us through out our meal. We are stuck here out of town with truck repairs and because of him it made my day less stressful for a few minutes. Thank you for the awesome service. Side note He needs a raise!!!!!!

First time I've eaten here, staff was friendly and informative.
The gentleman that took my order yesterday knew what he was doing. He was kind and accurate. I didn't wait long but I didn't have the food to soon so I know it was prepared well and I wasn't served left overs from the previous hours in the day! Whoever the gentleman was (he had glasses) he was so polite and his customer service was top of the line! Which these days it is extinct! Thank you so much for the pleasant drop in!

The food is always fresh when you order, which you'll wait for but it's worth it for fresh food. It seems like they recently changed recipes or maybe bought different products because the taste and texture have changed on the chicken and fish. I haven't gone as often since I've noticed that change because I liked the old product. Why "fix" something that isn't broken?
