My friend and I went to Carlos Bistro to celebrate my birthday. We took our time and enjoyed every bite. The atmosphere is inviting, and the service couldn't be more warm. A note worth mentioning. I really appreciated that the background music was truly in the background. I love being able to enjoy conversation over a meal, and Carlos Bistro provided an ideal environment.

Had a great anniversary dinner. The Sea Bass and Colorado lamb were great. Also loved the creme brulee. The only complaint were the drink prices. $25 for a standard cocktail is absurd.
