What a pleasant surprise to find Carlo's in Colorado Springs. The service was impeccable, the food was excellent and the cocktails were great. Ordered the Pisco Sour, you can thank me later!
Carlos' Bistro remains a local icon. We had not been in several years but were so glad to return recently. This is a traditional restaurant with the highest standard of food and personal service. Carlos still oversees that everything is perfect. Where else do they ask and remember your names? Stephanie was also outstanding, as were our salad, soup, and entrees. Highly recommended!
