Carlos' Bistro – one of the best places my wife and I have been to. I took my wife here for her birthday. As we parked, Carlos was standing outside. As we were walking to the restaurant, he came walking up to us and introduced himself. We all go in and my wife and I are seated. There were 4 other couples in the restaurant.
