I think this one Mexican can’t speak English well and is very slow at her at job. Food was messed up got a double western no onion ring and it had them on it.

Showed up at 7am yesterday, they're supposed to be open a 6am and they're closed. Today I came at 7am to find out they fired the store manager. She was such a nice lady and now this location has turned to rubbish. She was the only one that cared about orders, she made sure mine was correct or made it right when it was wrong. The new staff doesn't give af, if the order is wrong too bad.

Waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru for our order which was short one hamburger. Only minimum staff working in the place When our order was ready, the employee that opened up the drive thru window looked high and uncomfortable with engaging with us, didn't seem to understand my questions and faked a smile. Not going to this location again

Thank you for reminding me why I dont go to Carls Jr and drive up the street to In and Out! Went through the drive thru. Not another car, place was dead. Ordered a western bacon burger, add lettuce, tomato and pickle. The guy reads it back to me, AND you better believe they charged me for it. Get my burger, and go figure a basic western burger with no lettuce, or tomato or pickle and it looked like it had been made hours ago. You literally had 1 order, 1 customer and you couldn't get it right! Maybe Ill try again in another 5 years...if youre still around.

I visited this location at 6:10 AM on Monday 3/17/2025. The doors were open, but this place was abandoned. There were no lights on, no cars in the parking lot, and nobody behind the counter. They are supposed to open at 6:00 AM, but I waited in my car until 6:30 AM and nobody ever showed up. The doors were wide open, but nobody was in the store. So I'm not sure if they forgot to lock the doors the night before, or if somebody left the store and was coming back. Why would you abandon a business and leave the doors unlocked? It's very disappointing to say the least.
This particular store seems to be understaffed and poorly managed. Each time we have visited there, there is an extended wait. Today in the drive-thru it took 10 minutes for someone to take our order at the speaker. When we finally got to the window, we were told that the charbroiler had broken down and our burgers came out raw, so they had to redo them.
