Waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru for our order which was short one hamburger. Only minimum staff working in the place
When our order was ready, the employee that opened up the drive thru window looked high and uncomfortable with engaging with us, didn't seem to understand my questions and faked a smile.

This particular store seems to be understaffed and poorly managed. Each time we have visited there, there is an extended wait. Today in the drive-thru it took 10 minutes for someone to take our order at the speaker. When we finally got to the window, we were told that the charbroiler had broken down and our burgers came out raw, so they had to redo them.
