Literally had broken pieces to a lid in my drink and didn’t noticed until I almost swallowed one. took the lid off and its was all in my drink very visible to anyone paying attention to making the drink. Tried to call the store about it and the phone just rang until I got a dial tone I won’t be eating here anymore

Two orders, including drive through and it's been over 10 minutes for two burgers. I watched the burgers be made and placed over 5 of those minutes ago and I'm still standing here. Wife in hot cat with the door open. Update: Total was about 15 mins. Several drive through orders came in and I watched my food cool as that was clear priority. Bag so small it broke with 4 items in it. Only one person packing bags. Very disappointed in Carl's as opposed to this location.

Accidentally placed an order with the wrong store location. The drive-thu attendant at this Carls Jr. helped me to not only cancel that order, but also helped me to recreate my order for their location, and also included my coupons and rewards points from the mobile App. They went above and beyond, and I will be back because of it.

I don't know what is happening with night shift, apparently the working environment needs to be viewed by staff. Changes in the food is not mentioned. I will not be returning, chicken was horrible as it used to be go to sandwich or tenders. Even the sauce have changed and not for the better. Jmo..had to give a star to leave a review.

California classic used to be my go to until In-n-out moved into town. Now I’m back to my western bacon or a big Carl when I do decide to come here. They are always accurate and friendly, usually pretty quick as well but sometimes we all come at once lol!

Don't know what's going on at this store it used to be good but the last 5 times I've been here has been highly disappointing ordered double western bacon worst burger I've ever had at carls in my life one strip of bacon no onion rings it was like they dipped it in grease i threw it away I'll be going to del taco or jack in the box from now on I pay $10 for a burger and get a shitty sandwich

Pretty bad service today 05/03, around 9:00 pm, we waited in drive tru lane for about half hour, our burgers were not what Carl’s Jr serves, waffle fries just half filled, vanilla shake so unfrozen, cashier on mad mood, not the experience I was expecting for family dinner.

04/02/2026. Ordered online it was wonderful quick. When and pick it up, they were very friendly, charming. Nice, wonderful I thought the order was wrong. They were nice and listened until I called to find out what the order should have been. It was exactly what it should have been. But they were very helpful, very understanding, very professional and considerate It was great when we got home was done.Just the way we like it. It's really nice to be greeted with smiles and people. That really seem to be happy. They greet customers that make them feel Comfortable. Service was great.
