First time trying this place, it wasn't bad. Fried the spicy Western burger and it had a nice little kick, fries were pretty decent too. Might try something else from here before going back home. My GF had gotten a chicken sandwich and she enjoyed it as well.

i have never in my life been to a restaurant/fast food place that charges you for a water. a cup of water is $2. water is free everywhere else idk why they can’t get on board. paying customer and in the drive thru so no chance of putting anything other than water in that cup.

Triedto go here for the free burger day. Never got my food was told to leave the drive-through come in and still no one knew how to help anyone with the free burger situation not even the manager it took the GM to come out and tell everyone that you just have to show them the app. Maybe go over things with the employees that way they know what to expect when six people come in wanting the same thing wasted about 20 minutes just to be put at the back of the line inside after they figured everything out

This Carl's Jr has some really nice folks working there . I am on a long distance traveling scene across America getting ready to head on south and stopping in there was definitely viable for me . The food made fresh and hot they didn't mind I charged my devices and gave me some hot water for my tea to go . The place is clean bathroom is clean and no one hanging around causing trouble and such . Yeah this Carl's Jr comes highly recommended when in the downtown Colorado springs area for sure 5 stars thanks again see ya all next summer . ✌️.
