This Carl's Jr. is good. The young man that helped me at the drive through was super friendly.

Not the best Carl's Jr. I've been to. It took forever to get our food. I think they forgot about us, and we had a fairly large order, over $40. And they were out of Ranch dipping sauce for the chicken strips. Not a real good experience.

I went in around 1:30 in the morning and Peter gave me a Max amazing customer service experience.
Came here twice, both times order was messed up and once I purposefully asked for a large and they gave me it in a kiddie cup. When I asked the worker about it, he said it was the large. This location needs to learn how to PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG.

35min for a meal to be ready is awful. Looks like a bunch of teens working here. If you own this restaurant go in and check on your employees.. drive through 30+min wait.. it's 5:30pm on a sunday..... I went inside and waited for a half hour for 2 sandwiches

I ordered a bun-less double cheeseburger. I was served a bowl with a single patty with no cheese or condiments. When I asked to have my order corrected the staff threw a piece of cheese on my single bun. When I took my first bite I noticed there was just one patty. I proceeded to go back to the counter to let them know that not only had I been missing cheese previously I’m also missing the second patty. They took my bowl through another patty into the bowl and handed rather than remaking the order either time I noticed My order was incorrect. I’ve been to many Carl’s Jr., and they have all been wonderful except for this one. I will never be returning here!

Did you know, if you order delivery directly off the Carl's Jr app it's cheaper than ordering from Door dash? Did you know Carl's Jr uses Door Dash to deliver your order? Did you know this Carl's Jr gives your order to anyone who walks up and says they're picking up an order and then when the legit "Dasher" arrives to pick up your order that is no longer there to pick up Carl's Jr will NOT replace your food or give you a refund. Did you know you have to wait until their offices open to get your refund 2 days later? You do now!

I will NOT be back to this location. Ordered 2 burgers, 1 that was a COMBO in the drive thru and BOTH orders were severly incorrect. In order to fix this issue I tried going inside to have it fixed and was met with possibly the WORST customer service I had ever received from management. The manager either doesn’t know about customer service or doesn’t care to show simple kindness and respect. She was majorly rude going as far to blame ME for the mistake when it was HER that made it (Oh yeah, she was the one who took my order.) She left out one of The drinks, and messed-up on one of the burgers twice. I feel like I was robbed because we payed around $25.00 for missing Items, no receipt and poor Customer Service.
SHE doesn't deserve to be a manager, and shame on Carl's JR for allowing someone to work there who clearly insults the brand and name of the company as well as it's customers. I will NOT go to this location and advise anyone reading this to stay away.
Also, they need to clean the inside of the building, that place is absolutely filthy and I would advise others to NOT eat inside.

Wow! You all need a new manager! She is a jerk!!!!!!!! First of all acting like we are an inconvenience for 2 burgers is ridiculous! Asking for NO special sauce and replaced with ketchup and mustard is a problem, apparently. Got the order wrong, took it back to fix it and rather than fix it, the MANAGER gives us a dry burger and packets to fix ourselves! Last time going there! The guy there needs to be manager....major sweet and good attitude. Hey manager....if you do not like customer service and food service do Colorado Springs a favor and find another job!!!!

The new morning manager very attentive, quick a sweet. She took my order quick. Got my food fast! And it was hot a fresh! She definitely is doing better than the last manager this store had
