I am a doordash driver, and was picking up an order around 10:30 at night. Was not busy at all, at most 4 cars in the drive thru and no one in the lobby as it was closed. I kid you not, the steak that i cooked at home for dinner cooked faster than how long i was in this line for. Heard a customer express how long everyone has been waiting in the line for over 20 minutes. Male in the window shit the drive thru window, locked it and walked away while the customer was talking. Repeated doing this to following customers along with myself. Even when I had expressed no complaints as the customer in front had already expressed them. Completely rude and unprofessional. Do not go to this place unless you want horrible service.

Got a great meal here, super deal, Big Carl and Spicy Chicken buy one get one for $1.00. I was a little hangry and Angelica and staff were friendly and smiling while they put up with me. And I ordered the burger add onions- and unlike other burger joints, you piled them on! Love it! Thank you!

As someone who is gluten-free/allergic to wheat, I appreciate so much that Carl’s Jr is one of the only fast-food hamburger restaurants that I know of who can do a lettuce wrap instead of a hamburger bun properly, and wrap it up in paper so it’s easy to eat and not a mess. When I’ve asked other restaurants for a lettuce wrap, the hamburger comes out looking like a weird salad, but Carl’s Jr knows how to do it right!

Today I used the Carl's Jr app to utilize the promotion for a free hangover burger. All went well till we opened the "burgers" . No hamburger patty but lots of ketchup and soggy tots.. I thought maybe since it was free today they decided not to add the burger. When I called whoever answered said there should have been a burger in there and did offer to make us new ones if we came back today but unfortunately I was not able. He told me that he would explain to the cooks that there should have been a burger on it too, not just bacon and tater tots.. unfortunately even if the hamburger patty had been in there I'm not sure that it would have been that tasty from the looks of it I'm glad we didn't go back.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. I used to come here frequently a few years ago but then moved up North. Never used to have any problems. I will NEVER spend my money here again. Why is there 5 staff members, nobody in the lobby but me and one drive through customer and it takes 27 minutes to get my order of one meal. I'm guessing because the staff is on their phones, messing with each other and generally just taking up space. The icing on the cake was that my fries were cold and old. 27 minutes and I can't even have hot food. No apology or even an acknowledgement that I was there wasting my money.

I don't know why fast food is so unreliable in this town, but this place isn't helping with the problem. I regularly have problems with slow service, but I just spent fifteen minutes waiting for the food I ordered, just to get home and find out that I didn't get the food I ordered for myself. I'd go back to get what I'm owed, but prior experience shows me that I would probably starve before they fixed my order.

Ordered delivery just now. My medium pack of fries came with SIX fries. My boyfriend's chicken sandwich came without a chicken patty.
Ordered a steak burrito and jalapeno poppers, the burrito was extremely bland and the poppers were just breading. My large drink was packed with ice to the brim with a splash of sprite. Needles to say I will never go there again. I threw away most of it. Waste of my money. Don't go there.

the drive thru lady was completely rude and disrespectful. She didn't read back the order and didn't give me the completed meal. I went to this location to get food for some of my employees. When I asked for the receipt she said there wasn't one. And tried to tell me she didn't charge me for the missing order. service is zero and food is zero.

I come to the window, I pay, this short lady thrushes my bag towards me out the window and says here you go and was literally about to close the window on me when I tried to ask for some salt and ketchup. Then when I asked wait where is my milkshake they acted like they hadn’t almost completely forgotten it and was rude saying she was making it she was coming with it but yet it was sitting on the counter next to the window in clear plain sight. But had I driven away they would have forgotten. And all I asked was where my shake was and all three of those people were absolutely rude. I will definitely never go to this location ever again
