This place is clean. The service is very slow the guys in the back cooking looked like they were dazed. I had to go back to the counter to ask for my food. You might as a manager stop at Chick Filet and see how things are done then train your people. The chicken was good.

Service is slow and then we only ppl here and it takes 15 mins to make a meal? This seems to be all Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr in the USA food comes out cold

I'm not a fan of the new AI taking orders when that job could be given to a human being, but for what it is, it did recognize words easily and get my order completely correct.

I don’t know how they do it but Carl’s Jr seems to always hire some great people. They are always respectful and patient and keep the place clean. Food quality is never a concern and the Breakfast Burger is my go to food on Fridays

Ordered a Chargrilled Chicken Club combo. After 20 minutes and 3 others that ordered after me had gotten their food, I asked if they missed me. They said it would be right out. After another 10 minutes, I asked again, and that I now needed it to go. They said the same. After about 4 more, I told them I would like my money back. They said "it's ready, do I want it?" I said, "If it's ready..." After a couple more minutes, I just walked out without food or a refund and I'm never coming back. Ordered at 12:18, left at 1:00. Now I'm late to my meeting and not eating until after my 10-hr. shift. Thanks Carl.

The staff was very friendly and was very happy to accommodate. I got a shake, half chocolate, half strawberry and an order of fries. The shake was perfect and the fries hot and seasoned just right. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean. Thank you 😄

Just visited the drive-thru here at about 11am this morning. Both the food and the service were excellent! And I mean just the best and I'll tell you there was a gentleman by the name of Max and I hope you promote him to an extremely high level because if not I'm going to try to hire him myself LOL what an amazing person. Again I know food prices are outrageous compared to what they used to be but it was really nice to get what I paid for for once. Thank you

Have the Carls Jr App and was informed that they did not do the half price appetizer but the App says just scan QR code well I believe Carls Jr owes me around 8 dollars for my 3 apps and a soda that should have been half off.Don’t apologize train your staff and give me my 8 dollars back. Yes I could have gone somewhere else yes I could have made a scene. Not my style grandkids ask to come here all the time but just maybe next time we’ll try someplace new. Where they train there staff. 8 dollars is 8 dollars.

I went through the drive thru, ordered with the AI, but had a question, so I took it to the window. Consequently, I had a change in my order. Max was very patient and changed my order, graciously, patiently, and with a smile.

This wasn't the first time I had issues with this place. We will the only car in the drive thru and we waited at the window for 12 mins. Then we got our food assuming since it took so long it would be fresh. Nope cheese wasn't even melted on my grilled cheese breakfast sandwich and it had a fish taste somehow. Not even sure why. It was gross. I threw it away and won't go again.
