Gave 2 stars because the food was good - just not what I ordered. Ordered a Famous Star double, got a Western Star - bad because I don't like bacon. Girl at drive through counter couldn't remember my order, confirmed it, then had to wait 10 minutes and STILL got it wrong. Waste of time and money....

The cashier was very kind! The "hangover hamburger" after the Super Bowl was amazing 👏 🤩

Perla is super fast took my order and made my order in 5 minutes.

Only got a one star because zero does not appear to be an option. Five minutes sitting at the drive-through waiting to be able to order. Tried to give me the wrong order. Waited some more. Finally gave me my food after a 25 minute wait. When I got home I realized one of the burgers was not right.

Keelen and Sandra was rude, she didn't want to serve me because of the drive thru and when I went down to the store she ignored me and passed someone else over me. I hope they give you customer service classes

Doordashed food from this location, the first driver stole my food, so I placed a reorder. This location canceled my order due to the first driver stealing it. Now I'm out $130 until the 3-5 day return from the card hold. I will never be ordering from this location again. Being punished for something that wasn't my doing.

I'm done going to this location. I eat out every Thursday because my daughter's ballet school is near this location. The last 2 times I ordered in the drive thru there's only been 2 employees and a manager during the middle of their dinner rush and they always ask you to park in front of the store. Today I asked the drive thru cashing how long will the food take because I have somewhere to go. I paid for my food at 5:49. I went inside to get my food @ 6:13. My food is in the warming shute just sitting there. They forgot about me and the drive thru cashier wasn't even apologetic. Hire more people! 2 employees gives me the impression this store is beyond cheap and hire people with customer service skills.

Why do you have one teen working durning dinner time and no other help?

Went in and ordered 30 dollars of food took forever despite us being the only ones in the drive thru. Gave us wrong drinks and when we let the young girl working the drive thru know she grabbed it out of my hand shut the windows thrusted another one towards me and said nothing. Then we pulled around because our order was still cooking and people were behind us. Same girl comes out hands me the food says nothing and it turns out despite the wait half our order was missing. They are severely understaffed and I literally watched a guy stand in line for 30 minutes...then walked out. They aren't even wearing gloves, touching all the FRIES!!!! There's the manager (Troy) not listening clearly, then when I tried to correct him... he got aggressive with his words and read "my order".

We love carls but this location has issues. We had an issue with an online order. We sent a message because the store said it had to be done online. We never received a response

The patty on the famous star used to be bigger, but still one of the better fast food burgers.

Had 2 staff in there..the store was CLEAN.. the food was HOT. Truly a great visit..wish they all were like that.
