Went late night and it was busy, Nicholes, I believe was my cashier and he was super nice and respectful. He seemed new and it did seem like they may have been short staffed. But I appreciated his professionalism even if the wait was long. I'm sure there were some rude and impatient customers, but he didn't let it affect his attitude towards me.

All I wanted was a hamburger and fries, in which I specifically ordered no cheese due to my dairy allergy, 25 mins to bring out the order in which they got wrong and added cheese, when I told the workers and asked them to fix it, they took the same burger back and attempted to remove, Melted Cheese, off and then handed me that same burger, this is not acceptable I still couldn’t eat the burger out of fear of going into anaphylactic shock. Very poor service would not recommend if you have any food related concerns, if only competent people still existedDietary restrictions: They don’t accommodate period

Kid at the drive thru, literally walked off- his poor co worker.
This is a typical Carl's Jr. There was one guy working both the counter and drive through, but being an off time, not unexpected. He quickly greeted us. Food was out quickly, and was prepared correctly. Inside was clean and well lit.Parking: This location has a ridiculously large parking lot, I can't imagine it ever being full.

I ordered lunch via the drive thru today, a very hard to understand young man took my order, he promptly gave me drinks and my receipt and closed th window. 15 mins later----I hope out of my truck, walk inside and ask the ONLY person in the building, JESSICA, what was the matter. Without missing a beat she very kindly explained she walked in and the young man walked out. She even noted she was sorry for the wait and she could hear my little boy yelling for his lunch. She served an entire lunch wave on her own, smiling and apologizing for the shifty staff you otherwise hired.None of the food was burnt or wrong---
