Carrabba's Italian Grill

I knew something was off when I pulled into an empty parking lot at 230 pm on a Saturday. When i was at my table, & I got my food...... It hit me why the parking lot was empty. Strawberry lemonade tasted like strawberry lemonade kool-aid. Very cheap. The cheapest u can possibly get. No pulp. No real strawberries.. Nothin. I got the ribeye with steamed frozen broccoli with mushy tops. Over seasoned. Garlic mashed potatoes have zero garlic. My ribeye was ok, but for $38 it should've been good not just ok.My girlfriend got the chicken Marsala. I thought the Marsala sauce came out of the toilet. It looked disgusting. Oil separated. Just nasty. I wish i would've gone to Olive garden to waste $100 instead. Very disappointed

Visiting family, as a gift for their hospitality we ordered dinner for 5 through a third party delivery- so we didn't have to leave the comfort of home.
This ended up being very a disappointment, and embarrassing.

" I asked for bread for 5 persons - I literally received 5 small slices of Italian bread.
*Did not include enough marinara sauce for the over cooked mozzarella sticks appetizer.
*Picture on the app reflected the meatball and mozzarella appetizer much differently than merely two meatballs in a cup.
*Lasagna dinner was adequate.
*Spaghetti and meatballs was fair.
*Chicken Marsala dinner had very little marsala/mushroom gravy
*Chicken Parm in the Trio Dinner entree was far over cooked (could hardly cut it with a steak knife) Also Alfredo sauce was missing on the Fettuccine Alfredo Too much garlic.
*For dessert, we ordered cannoli. The app reflects FOUR - we received two.
I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She explained that was the "corporate" menu and each franchise has their own take on their menus. I explained, as the customer, I am expecting what is advertised on a menu whether visually or in print. I have no idea the menu I am looking at is "not the right one."
The manager said, seeing as I went through delivery service, I needed to address my issues with UBER-EATS. I explained to her that we would not be returning.

Contacting UBER-EATS, they were very gracious and quite awesome, providing a partial refund for our dissappointment.

We will not be returning to this restaurant.
We WILL be using UBER-EATS again.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Carrabbas last night, but I'd like to especially highlight the service - Alfredo was our server, and he is the best! Friendly, professional, and helpful with lots of service experience...huge thank you to Alfredo who helped make our evening out so enjoyable!

Excellent food!! So full of flavor! Our waitress wouldn't really acknowledge us however..always in a rush and felt like we were a bother. But , the food made up for it and we will be back.

Sadly, the worst meal I’ve had there. The Poor girl, waiting on us was also waiting on every other table in the restaurant. The food was beyond bad. The chicken was rubbery. The broccoli was covered in garlic. And the salad had about a quarter cup of dressing on it. Needless to say through no-fault of our server, this service was very very slow. This restaurant either needs a different manager, or they need to step up and wait on tables themselves. This is ridiculous. I probably will not go back.

Great food but not worth it to join their rewards program you never get your points and when you try to add it on website it never works and when you call the number they tell you they can’t help you lol.

I met a friend there to catch up. The Chicken Marsala was delicious and we had a great experience. I had been there about a week earlier with my wife and Gema took great care of us that night. I was fortunate to be seated in Gema’s section again and she provided friendly service with a smile and anticipated our needs.

We are at the bar and Kathleen was so impressive to watch her do all that she does in such a calm and collected way. She made our experience here very good. The food was great. Thanks for a great experience Kathleen!

The food was dry and lacked flavor. The server was amazing, and refilled drinks before having to ask. She was friendly and cheerful.

We had a wonderful experience having dinner at this Carabba's. Ari went above and beyond to serve us. He was very cordial and couldn't do enough for us. Great job Ari. Grant the manager is fantastic. He came out to speak with us and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this restaurant.
