I like Chef Bob's lobster rolls although they're pretty expensive but decided to try the buffalo chicken tenders today. Pretty embarrassing they serve 3 small tenders that taste like microwaved frozen Tyson chicken with a bag of Ruffles potato chips for $15. Not sure what happened to the homemade chips and quality food but it has gone downhill despite prices increasing.

I really don’t care for microbrews so if you like that kind of atmosphere, then it’s fine…. I really just came for the seafood and for that I really didn’t see food. It was a bunch of over cooked fries and really no fish. I paid $50 for 2 plates; lobster wrapped up in a toasted piece of bread and 8 fried shrimp… I suppose after a few beers this may have been alright but alas I chose to be sober. Really not a good experience… just expensive and unsatisfying.

East coast Beach vibe on the front range!!! Say what? The food is AMAZING!Expensive but fresh, ..FRESH people!!! Fresh seafood always is. We splurged and bought two quarts of clam chowder last night on way home from our kids blustery cold afternoon soccer game so we could thaw out! So creamy delicious!! Fresh made full of potatoes and clams and real-cream ! Cmon! Their menu is insane. Next visit is a fun date night to enjoy the bar in the corner sitting at a blue picnic table getting sloppy with a giant lobster roll LOBSTAH roll I should say. EVERYONE HAS TO TRY IT!Kid-friendliness: Many kid choices forKids who don’t like seafood. A fun picnic table vibe inside.

I love Lobster Bobs!! I’ve only eaten at their food truck so I can’t comment on the dine-in restaurant. Their lobster Mac n cheese was divine! All their food is great quality and delicious. I’m from the Gulf Coast and usually shy away from eating seafood at Restaurants this far from the ocean but Lobster Bobs has never dissipated.

Always fantastic every time I go. The inside is so cute and it just takes me back to the east coast every time. I love it.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and they have lots of options. They don’t have gluten free bread for the rolls, but their live lobster dinner is fantastic. I am also dairy free, but I can tolerate clarified butter, so there are lots of options, but if you can’t have clarified butter it would be harder to find options.

Love Chef Bobs!! As a girl who grew up going to Maine every summer for lobster off the dock, and eating it at wooden picnic tables over newspaper (like it should be!) Chef's bobs has the ticket to my childhood nostalgia! And in COLORADO no less. The seafood is fresh (delicious!), the service always kind, the decor fun and authentic feeling, and prices totally reasonable!! Its a must go!

Always a good meal at Lobstah Trap! Tried something new today...fried shrimp roll and sea tots. Enjoyed both and would get again. Of course, we also got a traditional lobster roll...always!

Having just been out to the east coast last autumn, my wife and I were thrilled to discover this restaurant on a recent trip to visit our daughter who lives in Colorado Springs. The atmosphere was top notch. We understand the owner (who moved to Colorado from Massachusetts) wanted to re-create a New England lobster shack experience. It is really cool inside, and we felt like we were taken back to the coast. The young man who took our order was really helpful and the food came out quickly and hot. My wife got the scallops and I got the scrod fish dinner. I was disappointed by the small portion of fish, but the sides were excellent. Plenty of fries that were cooked crispy as requested. And a whole corn on the cob. I was pleased with the portion of the sides, just not the amount of fish for the price paid. We also got clam chowder and lobster bisque to share. My wife said the clam chowder was as good as, or better than, what we tasted in New England but we both agreed the bisque wasn't that good. One little chunk of lobster in a bisque that wasn't too flavorful. It tasted almost bitter; not sweeter like what we enjoyed on the east coast trip, so that was disappointing. Normally I don't tip somebody who just takes an order at the front counter (that never used to be a thing until recently), but the man Dayton (who turned out to be an FOH manager) truly exceeded out expectations and he talked with us at the table while we were eating. I would say one other thing I didn't like was the 2.5% processing fee I discovered on the receipt after we had left, apparently for using a credit card. We went to other restaurants in Colorado during that trip and nobody else charged that so that put a damper on the experience, but overall it was favorable.
