Love the vibe & staff here and the food is delicious!! I appreciate that I can make gluten free modifications, however I’ve felt like sometimes the meat in the salmon bowl is proportioned differently each time. The cocktails and non alcoholic drinks are so yummy! Love to take out of towners here for a fun experience. The miso soup, edamame dip, salmon bowl, ahi bowl are my favorites.
Absolute favorite place here in the springs. The tofu bowl is an amazing value and absolutely delicious. I also love the Analog roll, and the lychee buck cocktail. Many of their menu items can be made gluten or dairy free, so it's awesome to be able to come here and known that everyone will be able to order something amazing! Chiba Bar is hands-down one of my favorite spots in Colorado Springs. From the outside, it looks like a Japanese dive bar—if such a thing even exists—but step inside and you’re transported into a neon-soaked dream. Think glowing lights, disco vibes, and flashes of Japanese anime everywhere. The soundtrack is straight out of the ‘80s new wave era, setting the perfect retro-cool mood.
