(Update!) I FOUND A ROACH IN MY FOOD THIS IS RIDICULOUS THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD. .If you actually want to make use of your reward system and the “random stuff on them just because” the go to the Nevada location, this location never gives out ANYTHING Nevada actually does and almost every day

The food was great, the service was amazing. The lobby was full and the parking lot was insane, people don't know how to drive and yield to pedestrians

Very busy location! Good was soooo good! Service was good. We didn't get out shake until we were finished because they were so backed up.

There is always a problem when I come to this location. Guess it is my fault for trying again. Also my fault for assuming they would give me my change back after paying cash for my stuff. Needless to say, pay with your card. Don't make the mistake I did in thinking the little red head at the window would know to give back change.

I've been coming here over a year. The drive thru used to be fast. The last several times the drive thru is sooooo slow! Plan accordingly.

Car hops don’t know what they are doing today. I would not recommend visiting today. They are arguing with each other; so distracted my car hop dropped her tablet, hitting my car before it fell on the ground.

Overall the worst experience i have had at this one. I've been coming too this one for more than 6 years, and in the last year has gone terribly down hill fast! I ordered through the app, 2 spicy grilled chicken sandwhichs a kids nugget and an extra side of mac. Ordered it for pick up through drive-through. Which is always fast and efficient, but when I got home with close to $40 dollars worth of food for my family and I, it was all COLD! I love 10 minutes away. There is no way it should've been cold. I called the store, spoke with a manager and he said they would remake the food fresh for me, I took him up on it. Once I got to the store, I told them what was going on, they started to remake it. Got the food, checked it, Mac was hot, fries were hot, and nuggets were hot, cool! Got home... chicken sandwiches are COLD Again!! For shame!!!! Sending out barely warm chicken twice to a customer! It's safe to say I will never waste my money or time on Chick-fil-A again.
