I've been coming here over a year. The drive thru used to be fast. The last several times the drive thru is sooooo slow! Plan accordingly.

Car hops don’t know what they are doing today. I would not recommend visiting today. They are arguing with each other; so distracted my car hop dropped her tablet, hitting my car before it fell on the ground.

Overall the worst experience i have had at this one. I've been coming too this one for more than 6 years, and in the last year has gone terribly down hill fast! I ordered through the app, 2 spicy grilled chicken sandwhichs a kids nugget and an extra side of mac. Ordered it for pick up through drive-through. Which is always fast and efficient, but when I got home with close to $40 dollars worth of food for my family and I, it was all COLD! I love 10 minutes away. There is no way it should've been cold. I called the store, spoke with a manager and he said they would remake the food fresh for me, I took him up on it. Once I got to the store, I told them what was going on, they started to remake it. Got the food, checked it, Mac was hot, fries were hot, and nuggets were hot, cool! Got home... chicken sandwiches are COLD Again!! For shame!!!! Sending out barely warm chicken twice to a customer! It's safe to say I will never waste my money or time on Chick-fil-A again.

My daughter loves coming here, but in the last year the quality of their food has gone down hill. Went last night, the first time in months, and the fries where so overcooked you couldn't even eat them. Took them back and got new ones and it wasn't any better. Seems like every time we come to this one the food isn't all that great any more. The buns are not soft like they normally are. The fries seem to always be old or over cooked, and the customer service isn't what it used to be. Seems like they have let their quality of food fall and is turning into just another fast food where you get poor food quality with poor food service.

I’ve lived here my whole life, and this Chick-fil-A is by far the most efficient and well-run in town. The service is always fast, friendly, and organized, even during busy hours. My order is always correct, fresh, and hot. Highly recommend this location for a consistently great experience!
