It's getting worse every time I go there. i try it every 6 months and it's just mediocre

Chick-fil-A should seriously take over traffic flow for everything. Service is amazing!

We have given them MULTIPLE chances to get things right so now I’m here… I cannot eat the breading as I’m gluten sensitive but need good sources of protein in regards to my diet. We thought they finally got the picture until today. I’m just pissed this is ridiculous because how hard is it to figure out!! They’ve forgotten fries before and then when my husband who’s not a stupid individual goes and tells them specifically that we need the biscuit or breading separate and that we can only do grilled chicken it shouldn’t be that difficult. Especially with how much you are paying for this which we even budget for when we’re on the run because I’m also a caregiver. This last time this morning he went in and told them as usual he wanted a grilled chicken biscuit with egg cheese and bacon sandwich. And told them the biscuit needs to be separate due to the sensitivity. After running some early morning errands then a stop at this location on the way he gets home (past the breakfast time) and we go to open them which he gets the same except biscuit although on his, and to our annoyance and frustration they put breaded chicken on BOTH!!! How is it so hard to put things into your system correctly or use common sense?!? Man I’d love it they could truly make this right instead of just a random card for something cheaper than what we’ve gotten. My husband shouldn’t have to rip apart the bag every time to make sure they’re doing things correctly. For a company that has such a stance on some things maybe you should hire staff who cares about quality. Other times it’s been that they’ve separated everything into like 4 different containers so we basically have to build and reward everything all over again. Tedious and kind of a slap in the face!!! I’d love a higher up to somehow get back to us (shrug) but not holding my breath. Randy Watson appears to be your head manager there. Y’all should reevaluate your staff!

Lady taking order wasn't very friendly. Guy taking cash was Awesome. Twice I told order taker I wanted Chic Filet sauce for sandwich, but none in bag.

The food is good but the drive thru needs work. The speakers are hard to hear the employee making ordering hard for guest. I would get this looked at because I didn’t order what I wanted exactly because I was done repeating everything or asking them to repeat. I won’t be back and will be going to the one on academy from now on. To stressful for fast food!
