I’ve lived here my whole life, and this Chick-fil-A is by far the most efficient and well-run in town. The service is always fast, friendly, and organized, even during busy hours. My order is always correct, fresh, and hot. Highly recommend this location for a consistently great experience!
You can get some measure of service anywhere you go. But I believe that there is a difference between Hospitality and Service. I was just sitting down eating a sandwich and fries, and one of the staff members came up and asked if they could come bring me a cup of water while I enjoyed my meal. This Chick-fil-A is the best one I have been to in Colorado Springs. Every meal has been accurate and delicious, though they will immediately correct things and make it right if they aren't. Wonderful service, clean building, good reliable good food.
Parking: Due to a cramped plot, look out for people backing up into the drive thru lines.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, has a jungle gym inside!
