Super fast. My food got to the table at the same time I did. It was hot and fresh. The service was excellent but that is to be expected for this chain. But that is always how it is here, i don't know why it took me so long to review.

I go to this CFA and the Dublin CFA all of the time the staff is always great, food is perfect and the place is clean. Today I went through drive through and unconsciously ordered fries instead of hashbrowns, the staff took the time to make fries first thing in Morning just to accommodate me I did not mean for that to happen, but it shows What they will go through to make sure that I am served to the best of their ability.

Worst chick fil a I’ve been to 🤮 The food tasted old, the bread on my chicken sandwich was SOAKED in grease. The chicken patty was half the size of the bun. I had one and a half pickles on it. Not even a full two. The quality of Chick Fil A has gone down tremendously, which is sad because they used to be one of my favorites! I haven’t been in a long time because it seems like every time I go it just gets worse. Done with chick fil a.

Don't know what happened to this location over the last fews months, but the quality has taken a nose dive.
Every time we go, something is wrong. Today it was the double pickle deluxe that had no pickles.
On to the quality. Burnt, old grease soaked chicken, pale buns, cold fries.
I really hope this a location specific thing and not a stain on Chick-fil-A.
The service is still great, but sadly doesn't make up for the now sub par food they're serving.

Out for a quick lunch, went in with just my phone, not my wallet. I normally get a table then order through app. No tables but proceeded to order anyway. Upon realizing I had no wallet, an AMAZING young woman, Heidi (my cashier), said “ I got you”. Reached around with her debit card, paid 13.40 for my meal. What an amazing and unselfish gesture. I was stunned but grateful. After receiving my food, was able to get a table and enjoyed my meal. Upon leaving, I retrieved my wallet, went back in and purchased a 25.00 gift card. Then promptly gave it to Heidi. She reluctantly accepted, realizing I was just “paying it forward”. This wonderful young lady absolutely made my day. A beautiful gesture I won’t soon forget. CFA should be so proud.

Overall always excellent but today......ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with a diet Dr Pepper.... Half of the fries missing.....1 had a bite out of it. Asked for 2 BBQ sauces...received 8 along with 2 straws and 12 napkins. A lot of waste that will eventually drive prices up.

I had by far the worst experience at the north carefree location! The employees were wonderful, let me be clear! I had the worst experience with the manager! She is not qualified to be representing chic fil la, how is it that the employees that work under her are more qualified than her! I just want to make whomever the GM of the north carefree location that if this is how you treat your customers and that this is okay, I will do everything in my power to make sure this gets in the right hands so therefore hopefully nobody has to experience what I went through today! I will be pleased if I can get some kind of notification that this manger will be coached and that this treatment will never happen again to another paying customer! I’ve worked in fast food and restaurants in my past time and I’m telling you the employees should get a raise and she should be replaced and not represent you guys as a company! I’ve had the best customer service by going to chic fil a but man I’m at a lost for words on how I was treated today. Honestly I’m sad I even have to give this location a star at all because they do not deserve any star!
