Anybody else get horrible food poisoning from this location last night?
Somebody in the kitchen messed up big time and let some chicken sit out for too long or something, i have been violently sick since I ate there.

Management changed at this location making it worse for ware. McDonald’s is stingy and always gets orders with long wait times. Which this location has become since the change. I don’t know who decided to make the mobile orders for the drive thru worse but since its change wait times are extremely high and mistakes are happening. Wouldn’t be surprised if employees are as miserable as the customers are now since all the changes. Just feed up as everyone else that location went from being acceptable to me rather spending my money elsewhere. This locations days are numbered for me wanting to come. It’s not as busy as it used to be since the changes and I don’t blame people for not wanting to spend money here. At this point go to McDonald’s at least you expect terrible service from them.

Really no longer pleased with this location. The “new” mobile drive thru option is a terrible choice considering how this location has been designed. At this point I’m not sure whether I want to waste money considering the changes they have made. Also the wait times on the drive thru are horrendous compared to before they implemented the new way. The employees are making more mistakes this way and I bet the amount of time they have to make the orders have gone up significantly due to this change.

This location has completely gone down hill! Within this past year the drive thru wait times are ridiculous. I ALWAYS order ahead using the mobile app, and I am sitting in the mobile line (which is supposed to quicker & more convenient) but I am forced to watch the ENTIRE drive thru line order, get their food, and leave. This chic fil a location gives me McDonald’s vibes. It wasn’t always like this though. Very sad. I’ve noticed my 2 LAST experiences here, it is getting WORSE. NOT better. 😢🥺

Ordered a cherry berry sprite for order pickup. My husband picked up so I didn’t have any until he was back home. It was very clearly made with soda water instead of sprite. I drank some anyway because I was thirsty and wanted a drink with my meal. After we finished eating my husband went back to get it properly made with sprite, however, they refused to fix it because it was already partially drank. So they topped it off with sprite and I was left with hardly any ice, watered down sprite and a tiny bit of cherry berry flavor. For a drink that is $4 after tax, would it be so hard to just fix it? I’ve never had a problem with chick fil a and was completely shocked when he told me they refused. Ugh!
