I’m not excited about the food but I’ve always received excellent service. Inside is huge and clean. Food was fast and fresh. What more can you ask for?
Super busy but managed well. I received the wrong sandwich more than once at this location. Parking is also too limited for the establishment's traffic. The fries are hit or miss on freshness.

Worst service I’ve had at a chick fil a. I reviewed my order 4x with the person assigned to the drive through and they still got it wrong. Unimpressed.
Fast and friendly service. I had the cob salad for the first time with the avocado dressing and it was a nice size salad and I highly recommended the avocado dressing. I will be going back to try some of the other salads???

I was at the other location on academy and Platte. They have 2 lanes when u go to drive thru. I was in the online order lane. They gave me my food and told me my shake and drink would come up soon. Well about 10mins of waiting inline at the drive thru. While other cars were getting their orders and leaving from the other lane that was closer to the window. I asked an employee Where's my drink and shake at? He went to go check it out. He came back and asked what I had order. I then asked for a manager. The lady manager came out and asked what I needed. I told her I've been waiting for 10min my drink and shake. She went and got it for me. She didn't say sorry or any thing else when she gave me my drink and shake. By then my food was already getting cold. She had already walked back inside the store before I could tell her.
Their food is a staple to some families. If I gave myself a cheat day in regards to my diet, it would be chik-fil-a-pino.
