I really hate doing this since Chick-fil-a is so beloved to myself and my family. But something has happened to the N Academy location in terms of service and food mistakes. Out of the last 5 visits we have had multiple issues each time. First there was the time I was pulled forward in the drive thru lane beyond the window. After 10 minutes sitting there I got someone’s attention to see what was going on. It took her 7 more minutes to come back with an answer that was “we gave your order to someone else, do you want us to make your order again?” What? Of course I do. So that took another 5 minutes. I spent a total of over 20 minutes waiting. Then when it was brought to me guess what? Wrong order. I just said give it to me and left with a card for a free sandwich from them. Next visit I used that card and they said “I’m sorry this isn’t valid”…ok but… Then the time after I order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and I end up with a bacon biscuit. No egg. No cheese. Just bacon. Last straw last night was ordering a BOWL of soup and getting a cup. Ordering a sweet tea and getting an Arnold Palmer instead. Has ownership or management changed in the last year? Something is not right with this location. I have NO issues at other locations. We will no longer go to this location even though it is an extra 8 minutes to the next closest location. Please do better N Academy management and ownership. Your store is truly a reflection of the strength of management and this store is lacking in that area.

Always great service with a smile! The employees are fast and efficient, careful to make sure your order comes out right, and quick to fix any problems that arise. The play place is great for kids. While it's really better suited for younger kiddos, even tweens seem to enjoy the facility. We also love the drive thru and all the heaters and fans under the canopy. It makes it easy to go through the drive thru even in extreme weather. Definitely up to the high standards associated with the Chick-fil-A brand.

I've been to some fast food places they were good and had good customer service but this place is top notch. Even just going through the drive-thru I felt like I was at a five star Michelin restaurant. VERY professional and super kind staff that go well above and beyond. They're super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and extremely kind and respectful. Also the drive-thru moves like it's on a freeway and there is virtually zero wait time even when the line is super long. I don't know how this place does it but don't hesitate to pull in if you see a long line because they keep it moving. I think unlike most fast food places, Chick-fil-A doesn't seem to understaff and it's a much more pleasant experience. 5 stars
Came in at 2:30 Friday the 31st. Service was good but neither my nuggets nor my fries were. Tasted old. Nuggets were lukewarm and not crispy. Same with fries. Come on, Chikfila.

Tonight my mom and I went to have dinner and their fries were really nasty not good at all and then my nuggets were not even breaded well like they tasted freezer burnt and just thrown in to warm up really quickly. My mom's sandwich was horrible also. I really have no idea what is going on here but we are on not coming back until it's fixed. The drinks were flat also. For as much as we pay I really don't want another meal here.

Great food, perfect delivery, my order lacked the sauce I requested and I was stuck on hold while calling.
I really don't understand what's happening at this Chick Fil A. I've been eating at this restaurant for years. The food is now inconsistent. I keep switching up what I order, hoping something else is better. Last week, I ate there and got chicken strips. They looked like something from the freezer case at the grocery store- dried out thick breading and somewhat slimy inside. I asked for some that were fresh and got new ones that looked exactly like the others only 2 minutes later. I ended up tossing them after asking for a refund. Zero apologies for the crappy food. The staff is poorly trained and the drive thru moves much slower and they get orders wrong. Today, my husband went through the drive thru. The nuggets have little breading on them and aren't good. The coke is going down the drain, as it's got no sweetener in it. I think the solution is to just stop going to this location. It's a waste of money and not a quality meal.

The last 4 times I've been through the drive thru at this location I have ordered the same thing. A deluxe spicy combo with an unsweetened iced tea. Every time I get home to find my deluxe spicy sandwich is not a deluxe spicy sandwich; it is a normal spicy sandwich. No cheese, no tomato, no lettuce. Just an incredibly mid piece of spicy chicken and a few pickles haphazardly dropped onto a soggy, smashed piece bread topped by another soggy, smashed piece of bread. Fast-food restaurants usually have a system in place to confirm your order before sending you to the pickup window, via a screen or simply repeating your order back at the end. This location has a worker stand outside in the cold to take your order on a handheld device that you do not get to see, then you pay and don't get a receipt until your food is delivered by another worker who walks it to your car and sends you on your way. Do not go here if you are looking for quality or accurately prepared food.

I’ve been going to this chick- fil-a for years , today I got the worst service I’ve ever gotten from a chick-fil-a. There were 10 people in line and one person at the register the staff was just looking around no one coming up to help. After spending awhile in line. Once we did get our food the fries were terrible that were so hard over cooked and the chicken was not breaded and so chewy. Once it was time to leave I went up to get my drink refill with the other 5 people waiting for refills no one came to help us the staff would just look at us and do something else. The manger that was on shift frantic and not helping manage the staff. I’m very disappointed. I will not be going back to this Chick-fil-A until they figure out their food because sadly it’s been often for there and the staff it’s not a tentative.
