I absolutely love chicken fil a. I used to be a manager at one. I was shocked. Not only was my order wrong but the food was cold. Three stars because this is the second time I ate at this location and was disappointed. Staff was great though

I swear they are getting smaller breast portions all the time. The chic fil a chicken sandwich was way overdone the last time I was there. I have had enough of their products. I will be going to KFC from now on for a much bigger chicken sandwich and always cooked to perfection. Why they have a great reputation evades me.
Honestly every chick fil a is different. With different rules which is fine. There hashbrowns are always a hit or miss. Either overly soft or perfect or too cook/ super crispy. I hate the overly soft hashbrown. I have asked Marcus on separate occasions if I can make those extra crispy and instead of just being honest and saying they don't accommodate specials like that, he just flat up looks at ur face and says I'll see what I can do about that. Today I got super soggy hashbrowns. Looked at the receipt and he didn't try. So I called and the lady says they don't do that. Why lie to my face? Seems silly but I am frequent flyer at chick fil a. And I have my few favorite spots. This is one I'm not coming back to. I would have appreciated the honesty orginally.

This Chik fil a doesnt cook its food fresh like every other one does. 2 sandwiches 2 weeks apart. Both soggy and mediocre. I suspect the managers are cutting corners on standard policies here and the quality of the food suffers from it. If management is reading this: trust me, we notice the difference. Service is good as usual at most Chik fil a locations.
