Look I normally don't write reviews bad ones at that but I had ordered through the chik fil a app and usually they are really good about times and delivery and such but today I had ordered my food at 10:50 looked at the estimated time of delivery saying 12:09 and I have them a call asking about if I had accidentally scheduled it to be at a later time and they had said no they are just waiting on a driver and should be only 20 minutes, I waited and it's just being delivered at 12:07. The price being paid for delivery is ridiculous to be delivered an hour late the fees added up to make 28 when the sandwich and what I got is only like probably 20

Love this place, but I will not be returning. As a customer, I don’t believe it’s right for guests to shoulder the cost of the business renting their building through a Public Improvement Fee (PIF). For context, in 2024 the average Chick-fil-A unit brought in around $7.5 million annually, with freestanding locations like those in Colorado Springs often exceeding $9 million. With revenue at that level, covering rent should not fall back on the customers. If a business cannot manage its own operating costs, that responsibility should remain with ownership, not passed on to guests.

Very nice people and usually fast-paced service! We enjoy coming here every once in a while. The food always tastes good, and our order has never been incorrect. Today, the wait was a little longer than usual, but the staff went above and beyond by giving us a free entrée for our next visit, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We truly appreciate the kindness and hospitality!

Everyone makes mistakes, but I believe in what they do to make it up. I paid for someone else's order unknowingly, and when I presented them with the problem they had no issue refunding me and offered a meal in return.

Being from Texas this may be the worst and slowest chic fil a I have ever experienced.
Would recommend going anywhere else.
Actively sitting in line right now going on twenty minutes and haven’t even made it to the window. Have moved maybe two cars. A joke.
I placed my order through the Chick-fil-A app for me to pick up via their drive-thru. A very warm and kind employee greeted me as I pulled into the drive-thru of Chick-fil-A. I told the employee that I placed an order in their app and gave my name. I was asked if there was anything I’d like to change on my order, which I did not. I pulled forward and was handed my order in a large bag and the drinks in a drink carrier. I had already paid for my order in the app. My order was perfect in every way, including sauces and straws. The chicken nuggets were a perfect temperature between hot - warm. I appreciated the generous amount of napkins that came with my order too. I take the kids, ages 10 and 9, to a Chick-fil-A at least once a week. A+ in every way on my overall experience with Chick-fil-A :)

I am just totally disappointed in the service and food quality at this S. Nevada Location. I was treated with such disrespect and the new hire was just laughing at me. What type of place are you people running here? I made a purchase, asked for help, and you didn't care. I thought Chick-fil-A was supposed to care. I guess not. I'll be sure to let all my friends know not to come to your store.
Chicken was overcooked and rubbery. They NEED to swap fryer grease out more. Way too dirty (I was a cook)
