Love this place, but I will not be returning. As a customer, I don’t believe it’s right for guests to shoulder the cost of the business renting their building through a Public Improvement Fee (PIF). For context, in 2024 the average Chick-fil-A unit brought in around $7.5 million annually, with freestanding locations like those in Colorado Springs often exceeding $9 million. With revenue at that level, covering rent should not fall back on the customers. If a business cannot...

Very nice people and usually fast-paced service! We enjoy coming here every once in a while. The food always tastes good, and our order has never been incorrect. Today, the wait was a little longer than usual, but the staff went above and beyond by giving us a free entrée for our next visit, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We truly appreciate the kindness and hospitality!

Everyone makes mistakes, but I believe in what they do to make it up. I paid for someone else's order unknowingly, and when I presented them with the problem they had no issue refunding me and offered a meal in return.
