I hate coming to a chick fil a drive thru. I don't want someone to be at my window the second I pull up. Let me look at the menu, not everyone is a hardcore fan of this place and knows by heart what they want to eat. It's annoying.

Not sure what has changed here. They used to be great. If you eat inside the tables/ seats are usually gross. Spilled sauce etc. Food left all over. They used to never forget items in orders but it's almost every time now. Sauce, straws, even my entree was missing last time. After waiting in their drive thru it's a pain to go back to get what they forgot or to try and get an employees attention at the counter. New management maybe?

Beware there is a poorly labeled “mobile order” line and if you are in that line by mistake they make you go around - we had to wait 20 mins in line to supposedly go bank through another line. Horrible system - rude workers. I would not spend money at such an establishment.
I’ve held off on writing this review for about eight months, hoping for improvement, but unfortunately, my experiences have only worsened. The wait times at this location are consistently excessive, far beyond what I’ve experienced at other Chick-fil-A locations.
Having worked at one of the busiest Chick-fil-A stores in Georgia and trained at major grand openings in NY, CA, and CO, I know that five-minute waits were considered unacceptable. Yet, at this location, I often wait two to four times that. I’ve also been forgotten about after being asked to park, for just a kids meal.
Beyond the long wait times, the food quality has been inconsistent. Today, I received an undercooked biscuit, which was the breaking point for me. As a loyal Chick-fil-A customer, I typically visit frequently, but due to these ongoing issues, I’ve drastically reduced my trips. I truly hope this location improves its service and food quality because I would love to return more often.

I am disappointed with the service I received today. The delivery driver Dustin was great and got my meal to me pretty quickly. (He was also very kind and apologetic when he came back with my replacement item.) However as I was eating my sandwich I noticed my chicken was still a bit pink. It was honestly a bit off putting however I do understand this may happen sometimes unintentionally, I used to work at Chick-fil-A myself. I decided to call the store to let them know of this and Kylie was a bit rude with her response. She said she believed me but then proceeded to say that they check the temperature of the chicken and should have received 20+ more phone calls, since they cook the chicken in batches, if it was a bad batch or not safe for consumption. If that was her way of trying to assure me or make me feel better, it didn’t and rather just rubbed me wrong. I told her I had taken pictures as well and I was not trying to trick them. The phone interaction was quite uncomfortable and awkward however, I do appreciate the offer to replace the item with something else. I still probably will not be ordering from this location again.

If I could zero stars I would. 30 minutes waiting in the mobile drive through line just to get a dried out chicken biscuit. Could have made it better with sauce but they forgot it. The steady decline of Chick-fil-A continues.

If I could rate it a ZERO I would . Im a big fan of chick fil a.. Well today as I was traveling I decided to stop at this chick-fil-a as I happened to be in the area , the gentleman who came up to my vehicle to take my order was awesome although the issues his tablet was giving him. However my sweat tea never made it to the people inside the store. The younger blonde lady comes out furious because of the wind and having to run our orders. As shes running around way past my vehicle busy communicating with her regular customers she then realizes the order in her hand is mine so she rudely proceeds to give it to me as if it’s my fault she made the mistake and isn’t paying attention, clearly a lack of communication. Well the real reason I’m here is to end it off I ask about my sweet tea and she proceeds to say “it’s not on your order but whatever pull forward” so I pull forward WILLING To pay for my drink and she rudely pushes it into my face not saying a word , so unprofessional, customer service isn’t for everyone but as an assistant manager in fast food I would never allow my customer to be treated this way.

I feel like this chick fil a specifically doesn’t respect people’s time. For them to have two separate lines with minimal identification of which is which and then refusing to take your order because you are in the mobile order line and now you have to wait for everyone in front of you to get their food before you can drive around and start over. Silly! Needless to say I did not stay and circle around. I left. I have a baby in the hospital and I’m just trying to get food real quick, not play games. You had 3 people standing outside to take orders, no one was behind me. Won’t be returning to this chick fil a. Which is sad.

Super Annoying... ordered delivery through their app, they forgot my son's chicken sandwich and all the sauces for my nuggets. Big headache trying to get the refund for the sandwich, and SOL for the sauces ... is it really that hard to get orders right?!?
